I have a client that does transportation for hire in the Disney World area. He often has clients that wish to make a few stops before going to their final destination. Often these stops are not inline with the route from start to finish. Could we add a feature that would allow for stops between the start and end locations. Very much like google maps does online.

We tried with search and replace plugins, but they are not replacing images links for this plugin.

I’m using pro version with rregistered api key on Google COnsole, but I get this error message and “For development purposes only” over the map.

From around 3-5 versions setting “scrollwheel” doesn’t work at all for some reason, if i set this value in file shortcodes.php to “false” manually then it workes like suppose to.

Would be nice to fix it.

I am using the WP Google Map widget in the footer of my website. I have a problem with all versions after 1.8.5. Currently I am running version 1.8.5 to avoid the issue I am going to describe below.

My footer consists of 3 aside-containers (I have 3 widgets in my footer, 1 being WP Google Map).

With version 1.8.5 the code looks something like this (see live version of website):

<aside id="srmgmap_widget-3">
  <h2>...</h2>
  <script>...</script>
  <div id="srm_gmp_embed_1">...</div>

With version 1.8.6+ the aside container for the WP Google Map widget disappears which breaks my footer. Code then looks like this:

<aside>...</aside>
<h2>...</h2>
<script>...</script>
<div id="srm_gmp_embed_1">...</div>

Is this intended? I am using a siteorigin theme.

I’ve been trying to update this plugin from 1.7.4 but everytime I update to the new version I get this error –

“Trait ‘WGMSRM\Traits\Settings’ not found

Obwohl ich in den Plugin Einstellungen das Scrollen der Karte mit dem Mausrad deaktiviert habe, scrollt es trotzdem weiter. Das ist hinderlich, denn man bleibt an der Karte h?ngen und kann die eigentliche Seite nicht weiter scrollen, sondern nur die Karte scrollt und wird immer gr??er… Wieso funktioniert das Deaktivieren nicht? Ich habe alle Caches gel?scht und trotzdem ist es weiterhin so.

I just installed the plugin and purchased a license key. When I try creating a map if I enter data under “latitude, longitude” and hit enter the map never moves to show the updated location. If I click into the “Search By Address, Zip Code…” box in the map and try to start typing text, as soon as I do I get the message “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.”

I have validated my Google API is copied/pasted correctly from Google Cloud Platform. I also checked that the “Maps JavaScript API” is enabled for this key. For good measure I also enabled the “Maps Embed API.” I’ve set Application restrictions to “None,” and API restrictions to “Don’t restrict key.” I still get the error.

I tried creating a map to show this error…there’s no way to really show it unless I create a login, and you go through the process of trying to create a map.

So for now there is option to disable scroll in controls, but there’s still missing options like:

streetViewControl
mapTypeControl
fullscreenControl

i know i can add those to shortcode, but i would prefer not to override plugin code.

Other thing – this plugin REQUIRE location find in backend – this is problem in case when website does not have SSL and by default browsers like chrome disable location find – at the end map is “blank” because of it.

The functionality I need is to be able to show a post series on a global map (and only the markers associated with that series.) See this page:

We are looking into purchasing your plugin and I have a few questions. We currently are using a map plugin that the locations dots on the map link to the franchise page can yours do that?

The plugin was updated to 5.6 and now to 5.6.1, but the info in changelog – as well as in the included readme.txt – only goes up to 1.5.6.
Could you please update the changelog, so we can inform ourselves on what has actually changed, before (taking the risk of) updating?
Also, while you’re at it, could you reverse the order of the info by version, so we don’t have to scroll all the way down to the changelog to (in this case NOT) find the changes with every new update?

I added Google API-Key (Google Billing is activated, API-Keys works, with other plugin testes) but if I try to create new map, no map is shown on the right site, so I can enter adress, but still no map is shown.

Right now, map is used on only one page. However, http request (https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=AIzaSyBW8rVOaQcz3muTIKJTre3esoj6VU3zZUg&libraries=places&ver=5.1) is there on all pages on the website. Is there a way that I load http request just on pages I want?

Hi, I am using wordpress with Sydney theme for our website development.
For showing our location we need to use google maps, and thus we are using WP Google Map plugin whose author is SRMILON and the version is 1.3.8

I have created the API Key and entered it in the settings. I created a new map for showing Location Pune and when I view it on my website, it does not get displayed.

It shows the error as “This page can’t load Google Map correctly”. And in the background there it shows “For development purpose only”.

How to resolve this?

When I click on the “Settings” tab to enter the API key, the form field briefly flashes then disappears.
The “All Maps” and “Create New Map” tabs work OK, only the “Settings” tab is the problem.

No errors showing up in console.

Can you please advise?
