I installed your plugin and copied the RSS link ending with gn, but I still get an error message on my Google News account:
“This section contains no articles.”
Similarly, if I go to the link given by Google News to check the RSS feed (https://validator.w3.org/feed/) I get the message:
“It looks like this is a web page, not a feed. I looked for a feed associated with this page, but couldn’t find one. Please enter the address of your feed to validate.”
PS: I also bought the pro version, but can’t find my license key, I have the message on your site :
“There has been a critical error on this website.”
I’ve opened a ticket to report this problem.

]]>Not sure what has happened – but yesterday the Google Revenue Manager script started showing up in the <body> tag. (I thought one of the many plugin updates may have been the issue)
I deactivated all of my plugins and turned them on one at a time until it showed up again – GN Publisher seems to be the issue. I’m currently running the free version 1.5.17.
I toggled off GN Publisher > Features > Google Revenue Manager to get the script removed from the top of the site (to get it to quit showing up in the <body> tag).
Any insights are appreciated as to why that script would be in the <body> tag.

Hello. Google News has not been showing the news I have written for 3 days. When I check the feed of other categories on PubSubHubbub Hub, it shows n/a. I added a WAF rule from Cloudflare for the whitelist. There is movement but it does not show the news. There is also a Yoast News site map on my site. The news I wrote before is visible, but it has not shown new news for the last 3 days. I’m adding a few feed links below as examples.

When omitting the /gn suffix away the entries look fine.

I do not see where in this line there’s missing a named entity.

]]>In WordPress Settings, Permalinks, Category Base was changed…
And when I install GN Publisher, the Category RSS Feeds only pull the first article from the respective category, when their are many articles for each category section.
I’ve tried /?feed=gn and /?category_name=new-name&feed=gn but the same thing happens… the RSS feed only pulls the first post from the category and nothing else.
The secondary issue is it’s pulling the entire first post and not respecting the Excerpt Only variable enabled within the WordPress, Settings, Reading section for external feeds.
Please advise how to solve this. I would prefer to use a different word for the Category permalink, but also want all articles to pull in the feed. Is this possible?

]]>Hey everyone, everything was running fine and smoothly until it doesn’t anymore.
Since last month, we have noticed that our Posts index in Google News perfectly, and then out of the blue, some after 10 minutes, some after days (…) lose the featured image.
Some posts continue having images, others just vanish without a trace. Have tried this with different image sizes as per Google’s News Requirements, but even the larger images that fulfill the size criteria disappear.
We are having the same issue with 2 websites. Both use YOAST SEO and the GN Publisher Plugin. Both website have a similiar (nearly identical setup).

]]>Hi, My GN Preview was not showing featured image. I first Installed GN Publisher and updated the feed urls but no dice. I searched around and checked that RSS Feeds as default dont have featured image so I used a plugin for that, and now the RSS feed have Images, but I would like to use GN Publisher for less headache.
Please help, I read that using CDN might conflict it. I am currently using hostinger CDN which is related to cloudfare? not sure.

We are getting issues with GN Publisher, it doesn’t update feeds automatically to Publisher Center. You have to first refresh it manually in publisher center before it appears in your account.
Yet in the past, it used to update in just 5 minutes and its showing in the publisher center.
Please help us understand why that happens because we are on latest version of GN.

I’d like your help to understand a problem… In my Google News publication, every new post that is updated there appears as published “4 hours ago”… After a lot of reserarch, I checked both my wordpress timezone (that is correct – S?o Paulo – UTC -3), My server timezone (same configuration from wordpress), but when I check my feed url, the articles published time is 4 hour ahead.
Any clue on how to solve this problem?
