Has this plugin been abandoned?

Above error occurs when trying to load the website after activating the plugin. wp admin works normally though.
Deactivting the plugin makes the website work normally.

Tested out this plugin but doesn’t seem to work on the latest version of WordPress (5.3.2)
]]>Hi and thank you for the great and free plugin.
There are some notifications that appear every time i browse the admin area, I click on X to dismiss them but they keep reappearing.
Is there an incompatibility with the last wordpress version?
Maybe you can update the plugin to be compatible with it?
