Hi team,
I recently migrated to https and lost th elikes. I have seen that other plugins have easy ways to recover the likes, like Addtoany, by simply adding something like a2a_config.counts = { recover_protocol: 'http' };
to their additional js.
Is there something like this for Good old share?
Thanks in advance.
]]>Hello,
Recently my Facebook like button and count have stopped displaying. I’ve tested this on a few different browsers, have disabled and reenabled the plugin, made sure it was up to date, and just recently uninstalled it and reinstalled the plugin. The other buttons all work fine, it is almost like the plugin just can’t load this one individual button.
Please see the following screenshot: https://puu.sh/AsJUP/c4f94c0df7.png
It looks like it tries to load, and even allocates the spacing needed, but nothing ever displays.
Thank you
]]>Hello,
for the past week or so I have noticed that your plugin is not showing the correct number of facebook shares and resets the counter back to 0 for some posts not all (so far fortunately)
For those posts where the counter has been reset back to 0 I went and checked the facebook like/share count at graph.facebook.com and they all had share counts and the correct # of counts.
Thank you for your support.
]]>Love this plugin since it is so simple to use and is not bloated like some of its competitors. However, just noticed that with Microsoft Edge, social counts always display zero (for google+ and facebook) and the LinkedIn button doesn’t even get displayed.
Please view this post with Chrome, Firefox or IE for example and then view it with Microsoft Edge.
Thank you for your time!
]]>LinkedIn share for one link link/post, the most recent post of the blog is not working.
Tested a few other posts and there is no issue but those posts were created before WP 4.7 update so I’m not sure it the issue is related to WP update or this plugin update, or something else.
Hope someone would be able to shed some light.
Thanks!
]]>Please, I need your help. I’ve added the Facebook, Twitter and Google+ buttons to my blog posts, they show up fine but there is a big empty space , how i can fix it please. Attached image
Thsnk you,
]]>Greetings,
I am having an issue with the Facebook Share and Twitter buttons w/counters not appearing in FireFox using “Good Old Share” plugin. They used to appear as recently as about two weeks ago, but no longer do. Other buttons like Google and Email appear. All buttons appear as they should in Chrome and IE… so this problem seems limited to FireFox.
I have tried different Social Sharing plugins and have run into this same problem… most recently, with Simple Social Share.
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to remedy this?
Thank you.
