Hello, I am using Google Analytics Master version 4.4.1.6 running in theme Twenty Thirteen.
This plugin worked well for some time. Now it does not. I still have the information on the Google Analytics Pages but I don’t see it on my blog pages.
The Statistics Quick link used to show me a quick synopsis of the statistics in graphic form, without leaving my blog dashboard. It shows I am logged in and under the Active Users head it shows this week vs last week (sessions) and this year vs last year (sessions) but no data.
Statistics Interactive link does not show anything either… just the instructions.
statistics today link shows just the rubric of the page.
Updater page shows that I have the latest version of the plugin.
The analytics front page used to take me to my google analytics pages and now does not.
The settings page shows my tracking ID and the Google API has my client ID in place.
I know very little about maintaining a website and would appreciate some help in identifying or fixing the issue. My google analytics pages are up to date and appear to be working normally.
TIA

]]>Hello,
I work for a University in British Columbia, Canada. We are looking to install this plugin on our instance of WordPress but we are subject to the strict privacy legislation, FIPPA. If you wouldn’t mind, can you answer the following questions to help us in vetting this plugin?
Does this plugin collect any personal information about its users?
If so, what information does it collect?
If you do collect any personal information, who has access to it?
Are there any third parties that will have access to personal information, if you collect it?
If you do collect personal information, who owns the information? Does the user own it or does your company own it?
If you do collect personal information, where is it stored? Where is information accessed from?
When and if you store personal information, is the data encrypted when it is stored?
If personal data is collected and stored, do you have any data redundancy policies to ensure data is kept safe if one of your databases is compromised?
What kind of technologies are used to share information across your company? Do you use wireless technologies, is information shared in a closed loop system, or do you use portable devices such as USBs?
Thank you.
