Al igual que dice Antonio Castilla solo agarra la primera imagen y tampoco en el caso de se usen otros tama?os sólo agarra el tama?o original.
En el caso que quieras no indexarlo en las búsquedas no hay opción y si solicitas ayuda al creador te manda a Google a buscarla.
As says Antonio Castilla just grab the first image nor in the case of other sizes are used only grab the original size.
In the event that you want not to index it in searches there is no option and if you request help the creator sends you to Google to find it.

Da igual que tengas 10 o 1000 solo mete en el sitemap aproximadamente las 10 últimas, las demás las ignora. Si tienes una entrada con varias imágenes solo indexa una las demás las ignora.
Siento decirlo, pero no vale para nada.
