I have followed steps to fix this issue. I have API key, billing is up to date, Maps javascript is enabled… What am I missing? I can’t seem to get a map to display on my page.
]]>After the update, my heatmap marks on the map are not displayed, everything worked fine before, what could have happened to them?
]]>Hello,
My maps are not displayed – error: Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.
I thought it was because of the changes in Google`s billing process, but I set up a billing account yesterday and changed the IP Key for the maps but the maps are still not being shown correctly.
Could you please help me making it work.
Map doesnt work with lazy load plugins?
]]>Hello, whenever I upload a custom marker, it seems to distort it. What is the proper pixel dimension for a custom marker?
]]>Hi, how can I create and add my own theme for the map?
]]>hi
Is there a button to make the map mobile friendly?
I want to know if it is possible to make an interactive legend above the map.
Example: if you click on the green marker in the legend, the map would only show the green markers on the map. Same for black and white markers.
Is this something that can be done?
Hello,
At my site I am using google maps bank at the contact page.
I’m trying to define an api key restriction for my Google Maps API key.
At google console I select HTTP-reference (websites) and as URL *.lifeconsultant.nl/*
The result is that I see an error message instead of the map.
What should by the correct URL?
]]>Google Maps Bank had been working properly and now it shows a prompt that the Page Can’t Load Google Maps correctly. What could be causing it to not load?
]]>Hi,
the plugin keeps trying to connect to tech-banker-services.org.
Why is that and which data is it transmitting?
]]>Hi there,
I’m having a weird issue with Circle polygons. It seems that when choosing a unit for the radius, the metre and kilometre options are incorrectly labelled. In other words, when I change the units from km to m, my circle gets 1000 times bigger instead of 1000 times smaller!
I’ve had to compensate by inputting a “40m” radius circle to display a 40km radius circle.
Regards
Hayden
I set everything up I believe but the map doesn’t display. I don’t know if it is conflicting with another plugin or not. The border sets up but nothing else.
Thanks for your help

Hi,
I would like to put a link to the Marker Info Window (If I click on a marker, info window pops up not only with photo and text, but also with link to another web page). How can I do that?
Thank you very much
Martin
Hi,
I’ve used your plug in to create a radius map for a customers site. As they are using a special font, we don’t want to use the built in title and description fields so could you please advise if there is a way to disable this part as it is causing a gap above the plug-ins display section. Many thanks!
I’ve tested this plugin with 4.9.4 and it won’t load the backend pages to configure a map. You see the page briefly and then it disappears. Testing on 4.8.5 and it works fine. Is there a known bug with newer versions of WordPress?
]]>Hello,
I created my map, anyway, when i click on marker i was expecting to get the detailed address.
Actually, nothing happens
Published maps do not have the Google Maps zoom button on them.
Should this be an option in the shortode page?
Thanks in anticipation.
Otherwise a great plugin!

Here is a sample page.
]]>Is there a way to have the actual marker link to the google maps as the standard icon for a location on google maps would? If not, is there a way to remove the info bubble that is associated to the marker? Thank you in advance.
]]>I use google map for my wordpress site using “google maps bank” plugin at https://3weekdiet.akssol.com and i set it on bottom of page. Now i need to set same map on https://3weekdiet.akssol.com/index.php/location/ but it shows error “default not defined”.
]]>Hi,
I am having some problems with images not aligning while rescaling the site. This is due to the wp-content/plugins/google-maps-bank/frontend/view.php file, in which on line 98 it says:
img
{
max-width:none!important;
}
This obviously applies to all images on the site, and due to the !important, it can’t be overwritten. It has some nasty effects on my site. For now I added the map_canvas_class before the tag, but could this be fixed in a next release?
That being said, I like your plugin a lot. Especially the option to add custom markers is rarely found in maps plugins.
Regards,
Joost.
Is this plugin can display on index and posts both?
Map on index appear every posts locations and map on posts appear each location?
Hi,
Is it possible to create a custom icon/image as a marker?
]]>How can I disable scroll to zoom? I’m using full width map and when the user scroll the page it become difficult for the user scroll down more when the map section is reached.

]]>Hello,
I am using your plugin on one of the sites I help maintain, and found that I had to comment out some CSS on /plugins/google-maps-bank/frontend/views.php, line 97-100 because it was affecting more than just the images in the map:
img
{
max-width:none!important;
}
In a future release could you possibly adjust the selector to only apply to the map, and not all images on the entire page?
Nice plugin, and thank you!
]]>With this plugin enabled, whenever I access a Post or Page in the WP control panel, the TinyMCE WYSIWYG editor always switches to the Text Editor even if I had last set it to Visual.
Is this by design? There isn’t any HTML code added by the “Add Google Maps Bank Shortcode” button that would require the Text Editor be used, and I am afraid that with this behavior, some of my less-tech-savvy clients are not going to understand why this is happening.
]]>hi
i loved your map it works fine. great job. but the map does not change its size in mobile view. whatever map width i select it still remains the same for all devices.
so it is not responsive.
please help in this issue.
