Bad support. Twice I reported a problem and had no response after a week. One problem I solved myself (and then I get a response within a day) and twice a sent a email directly. So far (after 3 weeks) no response. My client was not happy.
I have chosen a different plugin.

I tried several Google Map plugins and none worked as well as this one, so I purchased the PRO version. When I ran into a small problem, I contact the company and they responded within an hour. After several back and forth emails the same day, the problem was resolved. I am incredibly happy with this plugin and the support I received from those who made it. I highly recommend it!
