Map worked fine until upgrade to pro. Now on https://www.mayer-charter.com/about-us/ map not showing and let say on https://www.mayer-charter.com/boat-tours-split-trogir/blue-lagoon-solta-boat-excursion/ also not showing but if I click on other tab let say photos and return to Details tab then map is working but not on initial load. Why?

I have set the center latitude and longitude for Alpine Sanctuary at 212 White Pine Canyon Rd, Park City, UT 84060, USA. It looks correct while I am in editing the map, but when I apply the shortcode to a page the circle shows up in the upper left corner of the map.

I am using the Avada theme, which uses Fusion Builder & Fusion Core. When I disabled those plugins the map shows up correctly. Unfortunately, I need those plugins for the rest of the site to display correctly.

Can you take a look at the staging website and help troubleshoot the issue?

Is there any way to set a different map zoom level for different browser sizes or devices?

On a mobile device my map is sized correctly but the zoom level is 1 tick too high and I can’t see all the markers – I have to manually zoom the map out to see all markers. Zoom level 12 on desktop is fine.

In the meantime I have set the map zoom to 11 and everything fits on both desktop/mobile but leaves a lot of empty space on desktop. An intermediate solution where I can configure Zoom 12 on the desktop and Zoom 11 on mobile devices would be best – appreciate any help!

I have a Google map with both Paths and Markers on it (bottom of the page). When I am logged into the site the paths and markers are visible, however, when an anonymous (not logged in) user access the site they cant see the path’s or markers. They do see the map, and it is centered and zoomed as specified.

Can anyone advise, please?

Google map will not display on the contact page for the site. I have an API key added to the Huge IT Map dashboard, but I think I got that API key while I was using an old Google Analytics code, which has since been updated to me by the client. Maybe I need to get a new API key using the new Google Analytics code? If so, I have two questions: 1) how do I get a new API key?
2) how do I change the API key in the Huge IT Map dashboard? I added the google API key via the plugin dashboard originally, but it won’t seem to allow me to delete and enter a new API key.

I’m using the free version of Huge IT Maps and my theme is Avada.

When we corrected an error in creating an API key we were given a new API key.
so now we get the infamous OOPS error message. I am hoping that putting the new API key in the system will fix the error.
So the question is…

How do you change the API key in the free version.
Or
Can anyone tell me where in the WP db the API key is stored as I could just go there to change it.

I have an under construction page up for anyone not logged into the admin area and I need the contact page fixed before I can take it down and open the site.

How to add search funcationality on the map? Basically users can search area code or address and find location.

I’m trying to create a map that will display about 3000 (yes, three thousands :-/) addresses. It should be displayed on my homepage.
I have an HTML file with all the addresses. Each line is one address and it is coded that way (I have modified the content for the sake of confidentiality):

When trying to view the page the map is on I get the following displayed in the map area:

Oops! Something went wrong.
This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.

The map seems to start to load very briefly with a flash but it is then replaced with the above message.

It has been several hours since I got the API key so things should have happened at google’s end by now. I copied and pasted the API key so it should be correct.

I have an http restriction set with the text:
*oldschoolbnb.com*

How do I access the “JavaScript console” if that will help.

The links on the page, Schedule showing, Request Info, Save to favorites. The make a modal appear with a form or other required info. The forms comes out from the side but you will notice you can only see approx half of the form and you will need to pint curser and drag it to get the full sie and see the questions and submit.

the map is not shown until reload the page (F5) or clicking mouse in the near where the map should be. Happens on https://raubvogelnest.de/ungelenk/kontakt/ I believe the issue occurs when the map is not in the browser’s view port (we need to scroll down to see the map).

I have the pro version.

I have created a map and a marker on it. I have the address entered for both. For some reason the map shows a different area (different country!)
the marker is on the map (far left) but I need to zoom out to find it.
How can I fix this please?

Despite my putting in a new address and adding 80,455 meter circle around it.. when I save – it reverts back to the default address (Unnamed Road, Aristes, PA 17920, USA).. I finally got it to keep DFW airport, but then the circle does not appear. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get a map that shows a 50 miles 80,455m) radius around the DFW International Airport?

I’m experiencing problems with the plugin. I have the map I created placed in the footer of my page, but it only appears when i click around the area.. When I first used the free plugin; the map showed correctly and right away. But now I payed for the Pro and have to click on the page or in the area and only then it appears. This is also the issue on the mobile page..

I want to go live as soon as possible, but it really needs to work without clicking. What can I do to work around this issue? Please help me with this issue; because the plugin is great!

I noticed a few bugs in the Edit Map screen:

– Sometimes when you have typed something, correcting it using backspace doesn’t work.
– It is not possible to have line breaks in the marker description? I wanted to use it for a description with line breaks about our company.

I had setup a demo of the site previously and everything was working. Now the client’s hosting pushed it live to the new domain and I can’t get the maps to work. They are showing the Oops! Something went wrong error and in the js console it’s saying there are multiple instances of the API key and no instance of a key. I am able to change the theme and the map will work but why would it work on the demo and not on this new domain? Any help?

Our server is in China for local service, unfortunately, any global resource like google, twitter, Facebook…are blocked by China government Firewall name Great Firewall.

Fornately, we can access google map at https://www.google.cn/maps, but we can not access maps.google.com.

So, it would much great if you would like to help me with a short code snippet to switch the url, So that I can use the plugin of Code Snippets to input that code.
