Whatever this is, it’s no longer what it claimed to be either by title or description. The internal description of the plugin is:
“These implementations of dos2unix and unix2dos have been modelled after dos2unix/unix2dos under SunOS/Solaris. The first versions were made by John Birchfield in 1989, and in 1995 rewritten from scratch by Benjamin Lin. Mac to Unix conversion was added by Bernd Johannes Wuebben in 1998, Unix to Mac conversion by Erwin Waterlander in 2010. ”
The actual code now shows massive blocks of masked code that look to do some sort of a “Get” command upon the generating of a 404 error. If you have this installed you DEFINTIELY want to disable it ASAP.
This appeared on one of my sites overnight when a poached login (a client gave out their admin credentials) was used to log in from an IP address in Russia. I was alerted to the login, jumped on the site and noticed a new plugin with the description above. Downloaded the plugin and started to pick through the code and … wow. Bad juju. Stay away from this, and remove it if you have a current version on any site.

]]>Hello,
Will you be updating this plugin to be compatible with WordPress 4.2.2?

]]>I’ve downloaded and installed the app…I connected my Google+ account to my user profile in WordPress…I’ve also added myself as a contributor on my Google+ account and subsequently verified my email with Google.
I’m using the Twenty Fourteen theme and it continues to fail.

]]>Hi,
In step 3, you say the following:
3. Get a link back from your Google Plus Profile
Sign in your Google profile.
Click Edit profile.
Click the Contributor To section on the right, and then click Add custom link. Get a link from their. ( For the first time, add a link from description area, other profiles, contributor to, and from recommended link.
Click Save
Please clarify what you mean by “get a link from their”. From where? Do you mean that I should put the website URL home page?
Thanks.

]]>Mouse over the + sign and the text tag says “Google Plus Profile for +” which makes no sense. The plugin is not properly placing the authors name as they coded it
title=”Google Plus Profile for ‘.$author_name.’
and set
$author_name = “+”;
so the authors name is “+” and not their actual authors name.
Can you fix this bug?

]]>We have users who do NOT have G+ account and yet, the little “+” is still showing next to their author name. Why? Seems this should not happen. Only users who put in a G+ account URL should have the “+” next to their author name.
And if you click the “+” next to an author who has no G+, it just reloads the blog like a “#” link would.

To include google plus author link add this php code to your posts template:
<?php get_the_author_link();?>This works for all wp templates.
The above code will simply won’t do any thing since there is no echo
From his website
To fix this edit your theme and add one of the following code exaples:
echo get_the_author_link() (“echo” is required to work)
the_author_posts_link() (“echo” is not required)
The above help is from his website which will simply out put your username. (one with link to your posts not to Google profile)
I request the developer to to try on his website
