This plugin is a waste of time just sits spinning saying Fetching Data

It worked well for a few months but now when we add new URLs, the keywords say “Fetching Data” for days, never actually showing the rankings.

I wrote support about the issue, and 3 days later no response.

If you want to delete keywords, they make it as hard as possible, requiring 3 clicks for every single key word (no bulk delete operations exist).
