I’ve noticed that not all my Vimeo videos are being included in the sitemap when I view the page source of sitemap-video.xml in the browser…

I’ve quite a lot of Vimeo embeds on my website (300+)

Is there a maximum sitemap size / entry limit ?

The PHP max_execution_time on my server is 300 seconds. Do I need to increase this?

Should I reinstall the plugin to recreate the video sitemap?

When I go to mydomain.com/sitemap-video.xml/

I’m getting the following error:

Error loading stylesheet: An unknown error has occurred (805303f4)

mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/google-video-sitemap-feed-with-multisite-support/assets/video-sitemap.xsl

My site has both YouTube and Vimeo videos. When i installed your plugin, the Vimeo videos worked straightaway but I couldn’t get the YouTube videos to work.

I have traced this to two problems:

– The regex you use for YouTube (& Daily Motion) has a bunch of whitespace after the grouping brackets making your regex invalid. For example, this part of the YouTube regex basically says, look for ‘youtube.com/’ followed by one of (whitespace+’v/’ or ‘watch?v=’ or ’embed/+whitespace’) followed by (whitespace+Anything other than $+[multiple characters, numbers, dashes, or underscores]+whitespace).

/youtube\.com\/( v\/|watch\?v=|embed\/ )( [^\$][a-zA-Z0-9\-_]* )/

Should be more like the following:

/youtube\.com\/(v\/|watch\?v=|embed\/)([^\$][a-zA-Z0-9\-_]*)/

– The YouTube API is the old v2 API which is now deprecated and all the videos now return “No Longer Available.”

I understand if this is not a priority, so let me know if this is something that won’t be addressed in the short term so I can find an alternative. Thanks!

I’m having a problem where i do not see any settings When I visit the plugin settings page. I’m Already using Google xml sitemap well as for the main Center. When I visit https://mymodeltalk.com/sitemap-video.xml/ I do not see a video sitemap listing, Although I know i’ve posted youtube video and other videos.

. Please help

feature request – self hosted video sitemap.
it could list all videos in the media library perhaps or ones embedded with the excellent “video embed and thumbnail generator” plugin.
this seems to work well, but all my vids are self hosted, and that is the real needful area in video sitemap generators, self hosted.

Hola, vengo a felicitarte y espero que tengas el suficiente éxito para sacar una versión “pro” para que mantengas el soporte y actualizaciones por mucho tiempo en el futuro.

Mi problema:

Después de instalar, quise verificar la URL del sitemap generado, y para mi sorpresa solo me mostraba DOS videos teniendo por ahora 50+ videos.

Este es el sitemap: https://vgtrailers.tv/sitemap-video.xml

Aparte de este plugin, estoy usando el de SEO de Yoast (el gratuito), que también genera sitemaps automáticos, no se si ese puede ser el problema.

Si tienes alguna solución específicamente para mi, aunque yo tenga que editar algún archivo, no tengo ningún problema, la verdad me causa mucha curiosidad la razón por la cual solo me detecta dos videos ??
