Plugin needs to be updated. Currently it doesn’t allow for connections with Woo 7.0. Per the Gooten help docs, WooCommerce needed to be rolled back to 6.9.0 in order to get activated.

Please ensure that the plugin is being updated for current versions of Woo.

I tried many other websites but the plugin wont connect, please provide a solution.

I have a Woocommerce site that has products from Gooten, Printify, and Printly.

When a product from Gooten and one from Printify are both added to the cart, too many shipping options appear. Each item’s shipping gets shown twice.

Error: An error occurred in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data.

I have had this fail on a few different websites now, it appears the plugin needs to be updated.

Hi – We are having trouble getting the cart in woocommerce to work correctly. It is creating orders that charge for shipping twice for each item. (2 items = 4 shipping fees) We are a site that uses 2 Print on demand services: Printify + Gooten. WE use the Gooten plugin, Printify operates differently.

When we get an order with items from both sources ordered the cart charges 2 times for shipping one item. Can you assist us to correct this glitch? ?

Hi –
I’m having issues with customers being able to check out from my online store when the Gooten plugin is activated. It appears that the plugin was disallowing shipping for the items in my store.

I deactivated the plugin and customers are able to check out again.

Help!

Everything works fine until I try to choose create a new product and select the PRP in the dropdown.
I select… then I wait… and nothing synchronizes.

I have activated the debug log but nothing is logged (or I don’t search at the right place).

Please tell me what I can do ?

Trying to select “Gooten Product” from Product Data dropdown, then publish the product or save it as a draft. The product is then listed as a Variable product and the options to choose which product are associated with Gooten doesn’t exist.

Aside from that major hurdle, I have kids t-shirts ages 2 – 12, which I can set up in Gooten as two separate print ready products, but I’m thinking that I’d need to have two different products on my store which isn’t ideal…that I could work around but the issue above is the biggie.

How do you set the profit amount?
