I have been using this payment gateway for a one year and it works well.
I really liked new functionality split my user payments to multiple my bitcoin wallets. 50% goes to my main wallet and the rest 50% goes to additional wallets. This is a cool new functionality!!!

A total waste of time! Their CAPTCHA or RECAPTCHA doesn’t work anyhow. I tried to log in but stocked by their damn captcha. Tried at least 20 times!!!!

Right off the bat, the fact that I have to log into my account to reach anybody, but can’t because they erased my account for some reason, and have to in order to even contact anyone at all is completely insane.
I put this as a payment gateway on my store a couple years ago. As recently as last year, I was able to log in and see my transactions. But some point between now and the last time I logged in, something happened and it’s like my account never existed. I sent password reset requests to every single one of my email addresses it COULD be, just in case I was forgetting, and none of the email addresses received a password reset. I made a new account, submitted a ticket, no reply. Then when I tried to log into the new account, IT DIDN’T WORK AGAIN. Reset password requests never got sent to the email, yet again. And no they aren’t in any of the spam folders either.
These people have no other way of contacting them. This is pretty much my only hope at this point.

Excellent plugin! We use more than 7 months on our site, we accept payment in bitcoins and litecoins. All crypto payments came to us correctly.
Developers, please reduce the minimum amount in bitcoins for auto payouts from 0.01 BTC to 0.001 BTC, it’s more convenient. For litecoin min auto payouts – everything is good.

I was using blockonomics were I receive small amounts of bitcoin in wallet for purchases on my site like 10usd, 20usd, …and it goes directly into my wallet…few days ago I decided to test this plugin gourl just to see if it performs thesame way…I got an order of 10usd ,I received a Message that after 30 minutes it will come to my wallet after verification, I don’t know what kind of verification are they doing for an order of 10usd…anyways it has been more than 10 hrs now…the coin is not in wallet…a payment plugin which they say as you receive payments it goes directly to your wallet…this is a lie…and it seems I will not be getting my 10usd…I thank God is a small amount…Let me just Uninstall the rubbish plugin

i used this plugin long before there was [redacted] which i would absolutely encourage you to use instead ! Because of minimun payment and a shown as “stuck” payment which was perfectly fine in the mempool was sended to me after an email – guite fast BUT since they gava in 11 x the needed fee 20Dollar got 2,88€.

I’ve been using these guys since around 2019. Never had an issue whatsoever. Support can sometimes take a few days but usually response within 2 days which is acceptable. I always get my crypto when it meets the payment threshold so can’t complain at all.

One star because it’s not possible give 0. Terms are unclear until you get your first payment. Then you discover is not possible retrieve it until you get a minimum quantity. After that you read is possible withdraw it if you close you account but… Surprise! you can’t do it if you don’t write them, and they NEVER answer. Not in email, not in twitter…
If someone of the company read here: I want to close my account and get my BTC. Answer in some place, please

I just did my first transaction after a throughly confusing experience setting up just one alt coin.
Everywhere they say no transaction fees, etc. – but in this case they kept a large portion of the money that a customer transferred to THEM and then they turned around and sent me a portion where they withdrew 1.5% (I thought there were no fees) and then a further $3.60 with the excuse that they thought the blockchain fees were going to be higher.
Now I have a small balance in THEIR wallet that I can no longer retrieve.
These people shpould not be on WordPress – they are crooks!
I will be letting WordPress know about this scam they are running.
Stay clear of these people!!

Everything is advertised awesome until you receive your first payment and then they tell you they’ll not transfer your money until you’ve got enough balance. They give an explanation, however it’s not clearly stated BEFORE you receive a payment (how about when you create the account?)

we used this plugin for our firm for three days and from $150 paymnt we were charged $40.. Then there is the minimum you have in bitcoin before transfer is made to your wallet. Also if someone sends a payment through a bitcoin ATM their system shows as unrecognized therefore you have to close the gourl account and good luck on on contacting the company again due to the fact that an account is required. Don’t lose your funds with this company
