Is there a lazy load option for GraphComment?

1. Install Comments Shortcode https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/comments-shortcode/
2. Select allow comments on a page
3. Add shortcode [sp_comments_block] on a page using elementor editor
4. Graphcomment not added (it doesn’t display)

5. I followed same process with wpdiscuz without issue

I am getting the message

I am using the plugin in WordPress, so I do not believe there is anything else to install.
Am I missing something?

importation keeps failing – always end in an error/timeout. WP 5.8.1, Firewall (Wordfence) is disabled. Maybe I am on a shared host with cPanel and power ain’t enough.

Is it possible to link the comments manually? I saw there is a wpxx_gc_comment_pairing table in MySQL. I did put some numbers manually, like 1 / 1 in each table, but that does not work.

I also have a copy of the whole WordPress site on my PC running inside Xampp – that fails too

When a visitor creates an account with Graphcomment to leave a comment, a profile of that visitor is automatically created. Can such a profile be synched with WordPress users or users registered through various user profiles or membership plugins?

Different comment tools such as Disqus or WpDiscuz allow for WordPress notifications directly on the dashboard, whereas others, Graphcomment included, do not display notifications.
I mean when clicking this button on the upright corner:

How can we integrate both and see Graphcomment user comments as WordPress comment notifications?

I’d like to be fully GDPR-compliant when using Graphcomment.

Is it possible to anonymize commenters’ IP addresses? Can admin export data, or permanently delete it? Does the admin fully own the comments and users’ data?

I’ve created an account, installed the plugin, basically followed all the steps, and have unfortunately run into the following error message: “{“gcCode”:414,”err”:”Transaction missing in Oauth2 process”}”

I’ve no idea what’s causing this error, and cannot finalize installation because of it.

Since 18 Dec, we are seeing comments come in to approval via WP, but they do not appear in GraphComment.

What can I do to fix this issue?

On December 10Th during your service down we registered increasing response time to our requests expecially on admin pages. For several minutes time was bigger than request timeout and as a consequence admin pages were not accessible at all.

To recover admin pages we have had to disable plugin via wp cli command with:

wp plugin deactivate graphcomment-comment-system

Can you update your plugin to handle “service down” and don’t affect admin pages?

Cannot display widget on the post page

Hi,

Based on the GDPR, cookies / local storage are need to consent before use. I am using Cookiebot to help on this. On Cookiebot, they will need to categorize cookies / local storage into 4 major category:
Necessary category represent the cookies which are needed in order your site to be fully functional and work as it should be.
Preferences category is about the preferences cookies which are not strictly necessary and your website could work without them as well.
Statistics category is used to store statistic cookies such as google analytics and store statistic data.
Respectively marketing category is for cookies with marketing purposed, basically used for ads or youtube.
Otherwise, those cookies will not be consent by the users and this is not valid under GDPR.

Thus, I want to know more about the below cookies / local storage functionalities / description that the plugin is currently using. In order to identify those cookies / local storage category.

4. guest

Seeing the following error in console:
jquery.js:4817 GET https://graphcomment.com/front/%7B%7B%20CommentService.website.rights%20===%20'custom'%20?%20%27 net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

Can be seen on https://blog.graphcomment.com/en/4-must-plugins-for-publishers/#comments as well.

It happens that editing a post we get an exception:

I posted a comment on embedded comment system GraphComment and when I included a page link it AUTOMATICALLY inserted an image descriptive of the linked site. I’ve seen that before and even used a program that did it but cannot recall what it was.
Can someone help me please.

According to https://cs.www.ads-software.com/plugins/graphcomment-comment-system/ the wordpress plug-in GraphComment is tested up to WordPress of version 5.3.
Do you also support WordPress the newest version 5.4.?

Synchronization no longer works.
I have new wordpress comments that do not appear in graphcomment and in the article.
Also Graphcomment comments that do not appear in wordpress.
The comment counter on the article no longer works.
It worked before, I think since the last update, it bug!

I tried to install the plugin via WordPress but when I activate it, nothing happen.
The menu doesn’t appear in the back office… I can’t do anything…

I love GraphComments. It was a breeze to set up, and it works like a charm.

One thing I’d like to do is to change the font type to Ubuntu to match my theme’s font, and to increase the font size. Is there anyway to do this with some added code in one of the theme’s files?

Hi!

It seems that if I’m browsing my site (obviously not logged in) from an AMP URL, the comment box doesn’t appear, but there’s a Leave a comment button instead (I presume the default WP one). If I tap it, the page reloads in non-AMP mode, and I can see the comment box.

How can I have the possibility to comment also in AMP mode?
