I just created the account yesterday. Spent hours setting everything up. Then sent and email and social media post to all my customers announcing it and I wake up this morning with my account closed! No notifications about why or that they even closed it. Now support is not available. Please help!

Hello. I would like to know if there is way we can reward different amounts of points depending on the method of payment they use?

I have physical restaurant, i want to give points to my customers with each order,
so the process is:
1- the customer order from my physical restaurant
2- i gave him a code already generated from my WordPress dashboard
3- the customer open the website and create an account
4- then he must enter the code
5- he collects points
6- I want to have a page in the website so everybody can see the cumulative number of points

is this thing doable?

I am trying to see some of the reasons why the app would cause our Varnish cache not to work properly. Has anyone run into this problem before?

I want to create a directory site.

I’ll have 3 tiers, one free and 2 for premium listings.

The idea is to get users to bring more users who list their businesses.

They will then get credits towards a premium upgrade. 3 new sign ups will one upgrade. And 3 more will give them the highest premium listing.

How would I do that?

Whenever I want to go to the settings to launch the application I am getting an error

Error: Invalid access, Payload mismatched. Please contact us

I have sent a message to support a few weeks ago but never got a reply.
It seems to work fine for the customers, they are getting their points and can redeem, only I do not have the slightest chance to launch the application.

Woocommerce and WordPress are both up to date, so is the plugin.

Can you please sort this out?

Is it possible to translate this plugin by any chance?

My first question, is do you, or do you plan to in the future, have a feature for partial point spending upon checkout? I haven’t been able to find that yet if so. I do love this plugin though and it has worked very well for us.

My second question, is there a way you guys can help me with having the page always scroll to where the lightbox is when it pops up? Sometimes it pops up lower on the page and the background has a dark overlay, but on mobile for instance, you have to scroll down quite a bit to get to it and I think some people might think it’s not working. Either that, or get the lightbox to always show right where the page is at. Thank you in advance and again, best rewards plugin out there in my opinion!
