When the user try to login on gratisfaction it show the error message “Invalid email Id. Please contact site admin.”

But I am facing an issue, I hope you will fix it. When I logged in the traditional way, normal email and password, your widget is working fine.
But when I logged in with a Social media account like FB.

I’ve looked all over my Gratisfaction account, but can’t find info on this topic. Is there a way to exclude products from earning points or from being purchased using points earned on previous purchases?

I have a gift card product that allows a customer to choose a denomination between $10 and $500. But, the points to purchase are resolving at the $10 price. This means someone could purchase a $500 gift card using points earned on only about $100 worth of previous purchases. That equates to a $400 loss for me. At a minimum, I don’t want people to be able to use points to purchase a gift card.

Hi, I have a company I am working for and I’ve setup Gratisfaction for them, and I’ve also setup a wholesaler plugin for them that creates a specific “user level” of wholesaler – is there a way to write in code that will allow me to exclude wholesalers from using the points for purchases?

We’re looking to use a similar type of plugin for a few of our own websites and wanted to inquire about the possibility of you offering us an upfront paid lifetime subscription with updates included in lieu of us developing our own solution….?

This would help us and you because we would not be competing with you by selling our plugin along side yours.

How much would you be willing to sell us a lifetime paid in full subscription for to use on 2 of our website?

– I just installed gratisfaction for WP on my site.
– I activated it
– I went to the settings
– I filled in my infos to create a new account
– Clicked on NEXT
– The little animation work a few seconds, then the screen came right back to filling in my infos.

In short IT DOESN’T WORK ??

Great plugin!

When I enter in “Prizes” or “Referral” setup, the “SAVE” does nothing and the settings are not saved (disappears on refresh of the page). I also tried clicking on “Dashboard”, which takes me to your site. On your site, those settings ARE saved and show up on refresh. However, they do NOT show up when I edit the program within my WordPress. Any idea what could be wrong?

I ruled out CloudFlare by setting it to development mode and clearing the cache. I currently have no other WP caching installed.
