Hi Guys, I just bought gravity forms for ￡199 dollars in order to get leads in Capsule. however is doesn’t work.
I don’t know enough to diagnose this, however it is critcal that i get this working ASAP. If i don’t I shall have to drop Capsule and find another CRM.

I used this plugin and it works fine. But there’s issue in checkboxes, if i select multiple checkboxes and submit. It doesn’t display correct in capsule crm. Instead it display only :Array.

However with Gravity Forms 1.7.2 and WordPress 3.5.1 that sub-menu does not show up.
What is the URL of the settings page so that I might manually visit and configure the plugin?

However, there is a small problem I am having.
The documentation says to edit the api/transformation_table.php file to map the fields.
I am trying to send a tags field to Capsule CRM but have had no success as yet.
Can you please guide me how to do this and what is the most basic way to map fields arbitrarily as I wish.
Like send the field labeled ‘Title’ as ‘Name’ for Capsule CRM.
Is this possible ? If yes, how ?

The plug in installs fine but I just can’t authenticate with CapsuleCRM. tThere are only two fields, the url and the token so I am pretty sure they are correct.
I did notice that it needs a ‘premium’ license, but I don’t see that license on the Gravity forms site. I have a personal license.
It is possible that that license is the issue?? Very frustrating!!

]]>Hello – firstly great plugin – read through the support items on here and updated my php to the right 5 level so all initial errors fixed very easily.
I’m still struggling to get the data into capsule once people submit a gravity form – Is there something I need to do to ‘match’ the gravity data entry terms with the capsule data entry terms its expecting ?
ie in my gravity form I have
First_name – is capsule expecting to see something else ? and where and how would i put it so it doesnt change the look of the form ?
also Gravity uses a special ‘address’ insert – do I need to split those out into Street, town, postcode etc as seperate data points.
I really would appreciate some clarity over this as i think this is the only thing stopping me getting the form into capsule and it all working 100% !!

]]>I have a couple “pre-sales” questions. We are evaluating Gravity Forms and like the fact that you created this plugin. But would like to know if your plugin will update existing records and/or affix notes to the existing record upon submission? We’ve noticed after using other solutions like JotForm, it just creates a duplicate that we then have to manually merge after the fact and would love if this process were automated.
Wufoo offers updates, but doesn’t offer very good integration with recurring payment gateways (outside of Chargify). Which leads me to my final question.
Will this work together with other Gravity Form plugins for PayPal Pro, and the woocommerce Gravity Forms add-on?

Any help would be appreciated as we moved from wufoo to gravity when we found your capsule plugin due to liking gravity but until now no capsule integration.We hope to get this working or we’ll have to go back to wufoo.

Thanks for creating this plugin. We were hoping for this! We installed the plugin and followed the instructions for setting it up. Everything on the setup side looks good – green checks, etc. However when we test a gravity form submission – and then go into our capsulecrm account to see if it transferred the capture – we do not see this new data.
Any thoughts on what we are doing wrong or can do to get this implemented? Please advise and thanks!

]]>Unfortunately, this plugin is broken as of now: lot’s of coding and syntax errors resulting in an unsable plugin. Would be great if you solve this issues soon.
Just debug, test and debug before new release: please use WP_DEBUG “on”!
