This plugin is being flagged by Wordfence as abandoned and it looks like it might be since someone asked about a year ago and it went unanswered. Please let me know if this is abandoned. If it is, I will need to find a replacement.
Thanks.

Is there any way to have the checkbox selections (made in my Gravity form) add a pre-existing tag to the contact (in CC) ?
Note: the checkbox selection/s are being recorded …I can see them in the Form Entries. However, I am not seeing a way to have this information “transferred” to to the contact within CC .
thanks!

We’ve got the Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add On (Version 1.5) and we’ve connected it to our Constant Contact lists in order to send a confirmation/welcome email when a new user subscribes to the newsletter… when it’s connected, it works fine (email address is added to the list and the welcome email is sent). The problem is that it keeps disconnecting. We connect it, but within a day, it’s disconnected again… so the email address doesn’t get added to the newsletter list and the welcome email is not sent.
Is there anything we can do to make sure it stays connected?
Hello – I have this plugin installed in order to add subscribers from my Gravity Form to my Constant Contact list. If the user types in the correct name of the province/state, it will be populated in Constant Contact.
If it is abbreviated, i.e. B.C. vs British Columbia, it does not get stored in Constant Contact.
Thanks
Hasn’t been updating in 2 years. It doesn’t work anymore. Off to find another solution which is probably just embed a constant contact form instead of integrating with Gravity forms. Recommend Mailchimp instead.

I have the plugin set up with a valid Constant Contactuser name and password. I have a gravity form hooked up to sync with an existing list in Constant Contact. When I fill out the form, I don’t see any errors. I see the entry in Gravity form, again no errors. But the entry does not make it into the Constant Contact list.
I have Opt In conditions that the Name field is entered and the Email address field is valid. I also am using a custom field to enter birthday information. Any ideas how to go about determining what’s going on would be appreciated. Also, I’ve got many people who have already filled out the form – is there any way to get them into constant contact other than an export/import. Thanks
]]>Is it possible to map Gravity Form fields to existing Custom Fields in Constant Contact? When using the plugin, I expected to see my existing custom fields as options to map to, but I only see “Custom Field 1,” “Custom Field 2,” and so on. If I create the custom field “Favorite Color” in Constant Contact, is it possible to map a Gravity Form field to “Favorite Color”?
]]>Hello,
I see I can choose the Constant Contact lists to subscribe to, for each successful submittal of my form. (In Settings > Constant Contact > Edit > choose items from drop-down)
What I want to do is, subscribe to a list based on one of the values in my form. How? Here is my scenario:
I have a drop down list of seminar dates to choose from in my form. If submitter chooses “February” for seminar date, subscribe contact to February list. If submitter chooses “March” for seminar date, subscribe contact to March list. I will change the list choices every month, based on when we have confirmed the upcoming seminar dates.
Suggestions?

]]>I consider myself pretty handy with Gravity Forms, but not so much with Constant Contact. Hoping I just missed an obvious step somewhere here.
So I have one form, properly connected to Constant Contact. There are three checkboxes at the bottom; whichever box the visitor checks determines through conditional logic which list they are subscribed to. The form submits correctly, and the selections show up as entries in Gravity Forms, but they never get pushed through to Constant Contact as new subscribers. The fields appear to be mapped correctly, and the names in Gravity Forms match the names in Constant Contact. I’m using the most up-to-date versions of all plugins and WordPress core. It seems like such a no-brainer, I just can’t figure out what I must have done wrong. Hope you can help!

]]>Hi,
So we are experiencing a problem with custom fields being recognized and connecting with the Gravity Forms Constant Contact plugin.
If you look at this listed page and the form on the page, you’ll see a dropdown field named “How did you learn about NewbornCourse?”
we’ve tried renaming that field in Constant Contact and in Gravity forms but no matter what we try that information on the form is passed and created in a field labeled “custom Field 1” in Constant Contact.
Instead of this plugin scanning the custom fields that were created in constant contact, it seems the plugin is simply just labeling the fields itself and just passing the data to CC in a new field.
Is there anyway to change the naming of the custom fields 1-10 to be the same as the name of the field in Constant Contact and in the Gravity Form?
Hi plugin developers,
Why is this plugin free? Is there a catch to using it or a fee? Thank you for your attention.

Hello,
I have a form on gravity forms that is collecting “Birthday”. But when I go to create the feed with your plugin this standard field with Constant Contact is not listed.
this is the list from constant contact of standard fields: https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/5695-standard-contact-headings?lang=en_US
When will this or support for other standard fields be added to the plugin (Anniversary, phone-mobile, phone-fax, phone-other, notes )
Please advise.

]]>I’m attempting to utilize the opt-in conditional logic, which I’ve gotten to work in the past, for two new lists. The idea is that the user selects what Constant Contact list they will be sorted into from a multi-select dropdown selector.
Below is the selection of lists that are being submitted to. The last two, Tree Care/Removal and Pool Maintenance, are the new ones that are not submitting to CC.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YzPJuN8JXa6j3HGObYbCOIMT81crVMNb/view?usp=sharing
My configuration for the all the “old” lists currently submits to a list, or lists, based on the selection from the Gravity Form’s multiselect dropdown selector — as state above. This works flawlessly, and doesn’t need changing, however I can’t see the exact way I configured it before, because the opt-in’s conditional logic values are not displayed. I’m basically going off of assumptions on how I previously achieved those results, however, I believe I got it as close to what I had before, aside from the lack of a positive response from CC. My new configurations are illustrated below:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZA9QfDimXNNBPRXh-GuN7PY7zNIhs482/view?usp=sharing
So I need to know, A) am I doing it right? B) If I am, what can be done to fix this? C) If I’m not, what am I doing wrong?
I am currently running the latest version of your plugin, WordPress, and GravityForms. My browser is irrelevant, but it’s the latest version of Firefox, and I’m not receiving any errors.
Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
]]>As of May 2015, constant contact has introduced Birthday and Anniversary Autoresponders, so I would like to be able to collect birthday information within my gravity forms and send that to Constant Contact. Unfortunately, the Map Fields presented under the Constant Contact Feed settings doesn’t seem to be pulling a merge variables for this, so I can’t map it appropriately.
Does the plug-in support this and I’ve done something wrong or is this not a feature yet?
Many thanks for all your hard work up to this point. I’ve got a license for your other product, GravityView, and it’s great.
