I tried this plugin to make a date on my form display a certain way in notifications; this was to save the client having to look at a calendar every time he received a booking to see what day of the week it was. Handy if you don’t have next year’s calendar. At first it didn’t work but I asked support and their help was so thorough, from numerous replies to my emails, to investigating the issue on the website. I got a satisfactory resolution and the support team got it working. Good customer support makes all the difference so I definitely give Gravity Wiz the thumbs up!

Using Gravity Forms for several years now, I have been able to save time and create great forms. With simple features that can be used in many ways as well as integrations, it’s a plugin worth trying out!

Love this plugin, used it so many times. The last time I used it was for custom registration\login and Stripe payment integration and it worked out great.

It’s simple, low drag, and does everything you need. Perfect user case is you want to create a gravity form that writes to any custom post you have made, along as writing to the CPT’s categories, tags, etc. I use stover the organic gravity form advanced post type add-on. Way better.

Works without any issues. Saved me a lot of time and headaches auto-generating parent-child relationship for custom post types and front end form submissions saved as children. I needed maybe one hour to get it working as expected, more user case demos may have helped to better understand settings.
Thank you again for this plugin.

its very good plugin and it works fine. but it have
no support for this plugin if you don`t pay
and its not being updated for a long time

Worked like a charm. Instructions helped tremendously (never would have guessed to add the Post title form, which I later hid in the advanced settings as I did not need it).
Just needed a selection on the category list, not actually ‘posting’ to the custom post type. The category is where we have certain items set up for presenters that want to speak to ‘pick a city’ ergo the category we use.

Better than Official Add-on. Thank you so much.

This plugin is really useful and worked very well. Wish if this plugin could support posting to a specific woocommerce category. Looking forward to more updates.

Since the last update things do not work anymore…

We use this on multiple websites. It saves a tremendous amount of time. So far it has worked perfectly and has almost all the options I’ve needed. Thank you!!

Does exactly what it says it does. Adds a huge amount of value to gravity forms and makes a wide variety of functions possible. Many thanks!

The add-on saved me so much time. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the dev. I use Toolset and wanted to use custom taxonomies in dropdowns. It would have been much more difficult without your plugin.

It saved me a lot of hours.
Thank you

Im testing 2018 feb – this works awesome sending custom taxonomies over to posts via the gravity forms … THANKS <3 so much

Shows only public post types, which for me is a drawback.

Works great, just as advertised. One pro-tip, though: if you are trying to set a custom field on your form that corresponds to a field you set on a custom post type, you may not see the field name listed in the “custom field name” dropdown menu. Don’t panic! Just set it manually; it should be something like wpcf-your-field-name.

I’ve used this plugin a couple of times to take custom post type submissions on sites. It’s made the process really easy and painless. So nice to allow users the ability to draft content from the front end, and editors the ability to moderate it. Excellent plugin!

I’ve probably used this plugin on a dozen sites, and it’s great! Wonderful for allowing users, for example, to add their information to a directory, accept user-submitted events, reviews, etc.
Great way to extend the functionality of Gravity Forms. Love the work (not just this plugin) that David does through Gravity Wiz.

Works with 4.2.4 – the checkbox and dropdown was there, a GF front-end submission creates a new post type in the CPT I defined. Exactly what I needed, thank you!!

Allowing users to post specific post-types is a breath with this plugin. Great!

Does not work with current version of wordpress and gravity forms.

love it. With this fix I got it to do what i need (allow checkboxes for custom taxonomy): https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/bug-checkboxes-with-custom-taxonomy-as-source
Thank you to the plugin author and the great wordpress community!

Simple and simply works. Linking a GF custom field to a cpt custom taxonomy is an excellent feature. I highly recommend this plugin.

If I could give zero stars I would.
The plugin is a fail and has been such for at least a year.
Author cannot be bothered and you actually don’t need a plugin at all to generate a custom post type entry from the frontend by using existing hooks that come with Gravity Forms.
The only thing that speaks for the author is that the compatibility notice clearly states: Compatible up to: 3.3.2 (sometime in the first half of 2012). As that was 3 years ago and both WP and GF have evolved, it’s best to ignore this plugin.
