The infobox work only intermittently on forms with more than one page. There’s no support. I would not use it.

Very easy to use in my Gravity Forms.
The drop-down box (“More information” allows html which is handy.
I wish the images used — such as the question mark within a circle for the “Help” info box were a little more subtle and had a softer “flat” design.
