This plugin is dead.

The plugin author has not updated the plugin in over 2 years. They have a message pinned up to the support forum from 7 months ago that the plugin is being updated, but not progress has been seen on that.
SalesForce has a critical update needed to the plugin for those that need the TLS 1.1 update for the web-to-lead or web-to-case integration.

It is as ggod as salesforce

Nicely engineered piece of software, but it doesn’t take much digging into the support threads to see there isn’t a lot of follow up. So when you hit a problem, the fun is over.

If you use Sales Force this easy to use plugin gets the job done.

Love this little plupin. Our small non-profit has a couple of staff members, so we are moving to as much automation as possible. This Plugin is just the ticket.

This would be an awesome plugin however I can’t even get the tab to show up on the form to use it and this seems like a common issue in the support threads with no developer around to help solve it.

Serious heavy lifting done for you!

This plugin is super simple, and works exactly as you’d expect it to.

We use “group edition” and this plugin so far has worked awesome. I mapped 1 custom field and the rest were standard fields on 5 different forms. All work great. This is day one, but I must say, there were some reviews on here that made me skeptical, but don’t listen to them. These are one-off problems. This plugin is solid, at least for Group edition using web-to-lead. Easily 5 stars.

It couldn’t have been much easier to install and set up… I’m impressed – However, lots of comments here lead me to believe that the battle is only half over. Maybe I should reserve judgement until we see it fully working…

This plugin is great for SalesForce integration

This plugin is supposed to be pretty much plug and play but it doesn’t work as advertised and then when you request support they don’t respond on GitHub. More than half the issues on GitHub are open with no replies.

hoping to work it around with civicrm…will post details once completed

The plugin works great, and the developer clearly KNOWS WP and Salesforc
Im using it on several Sites and with several forms and they link back to one salesforce account. Works as prescribed, and it’s a worthy install!

Don’t expect support for this plug in. If you need to integrate with salesforce.com use Zapier. It’s very easy, it will cost you some money, but you get what you pay for. This is free so I understand why this guy can’t give support.

Haven’t had any issues at all with this plugin. Bit of a security concern though. It does NOT encrypt the security token or password. They are stored in “PLAIN TEXT”. I would suggest at the VERY bare minimum that you obfuscate them. Though I’d prefer encryption. If you need help with that let me know, I just built something like that about 1 month ago and can point you in the right direction.

It’s easy to use and setup. Like the drag and drop form setting.

I am pleasantly surprised by how easy this was. I had to do some troubleshooting on my custom fields (data formats don’t always match up between GF and Salesforce), but other than that everything went pretty smoothly and I am generating Salesforce leads from my Gravity Form. Sweet!
