Hi guys,

Recently we started using this plugin for one of our clients. Broadly speaking everything works fine but the forms become (very)slow when linked with HubSpot. Sometimes it takes up to 6 seconds to send the form.

Is this a known issue? And is there anything we could do about it?

We appreciate the users of this plugin over the years, but unfortunately we have stopped all development and support at this time. If you are having issues related to the connection to Hubspot we recommend that you move to using the built in integration provided in recent versions of Gravity Forms.

Hi everyone,

I have been in touch with HubSpot about an issue in which this plugin is constantly being disconnected. I understand that this PlugIn is no longer being supported seeing as HubSpot have made their own, but as there is no migration tool we don’t want to switch to this other tool; it will take us far too much time to make these changes and there is a big big chance that something will go wrong.

I was wondering if there was a possibility to add a small kind of an update to the plugin? The plugin keeps disconnecting from our website and according to HubSpot this is due to an update with the OAuth token: https://developers.hubspot.com/changelog/upcoming-expiration-of-oauth-access-tokens-is-changing

I am assuming this can be quickly adjusted to help those out with this issue? Would be really great but I understand if it is not possible. According to HubSpot it is a small change!

I really hope that someone can get back to me here and it would be even better if someone has some kind of migration tool they used? ??

We are using the Gravity forms Elite version and we are using the HubSpot addon to collect the data in Hubspot. Our purpose is to add the data to a HubSpot ticket, but I am not seeing the “ticket properties” in my Gravity forms to map the contact fields.

Is there a plug-in or addon to map the fields to the ticket properties in HubSpot?

Is this plugin abandoned?

Seems that the data passed to a hubspot form for a consent field, (Checked or Not Checked) is just making all consent fields as checked after the data is sent to hubspot. Can this be fixed?

If I use in Gravity form a conditional logic (if the select x has value y, then show the field z), then the field z is not in the “HubSpot to Gravity Forms” section. Because is not there, it is not added to the HubSpot.

I am using a plugin built by Big Sea to send information from the forms API to Hubspot.
Unfortunately not every information from the fields is pushed through. I believe that the JSON in your Forms API may not be calling the properties, which is why they’re not being captured in HubSpot. In order to further investigate this issue, please send me the exact JSON body request you are using in the Forms API. Many thanks!

Can you use this plugin to integrate with your hubspot account if you want to use progressive forms?

When I go into forms > Settings > HubSpot I cannot add a connection feed. Hubspot is connected and authenticated correctly.

The dropdown has only one option “Select Form” and does not list my forms and there is no button to submit it or anything.

How do I set this up?

I’ve found that hubspot is receiving submissions before a user has completed the ‘Select all images with x’ reCaptcha popup. This leads to a discrepancy between entries in wordpress and submissions in hubspot. Has this plugin been tested with reCaptcha V2?

Hi, is this plugin still being supported as the latest plugin doesn’t work. All entries are being merged into one contact in Hubspot. I’ve had to re-install the older version of the plugin to fix it.

We use your plugin flawlessly on many websites, but for this one, we are seeing 2 entries in the Contact Activity Feed for every form submission. The thing is that the second submission is only the last name.

We’re in the process of switching our site over from using a mix of GravityForms and HubSpot forms to using all Gravityforms on the frontend that map to HubSpot on the backend. Getting the country field to work correctly is really important to us because of GDPR. I have HubSpot’s automatic picklist selected for country on the HubSpot side, but when I try to add country on the Gravity Forms side, it’s not picking up the same list of default country options that exist in HubSpot. I’ve verified that our plugin is up to date. Is there a way to get this to work?

Is there any way to assign a contact owner to the new contact when form is submitted?

It appears after updating to 4.2 that disable cookies doesn’t work resulting in all contacts being merged. Is there a quick fix for this or rolling back to another older version work? Thanks for your help.

At first glance seems that the admin user of the subsite doesn’t have enough capabilities

I am using Hubspot CRM Integration plugin along with gravity forms plugin.
I want to store the partial entries(gravity form) also to the Hubspot CRM.

Gravity Forms keeps disconnecting with Hubspot and I have to keep reauthorizing it. I think it is happening every day around midnight, but I am not completely sure of the frequency. The entries still get captured by Gravity Forms but they don’t make it into Hubspot. This is a huge problem because I’m missing leads and have upcoming marketing campaigns already scheduled. I can’t recreate the problem on my own because I don’t know when or how the disconnect happens.

The confusion I have is I have three other identical cloned sites that are branded for different universities and they NEVER disconnect. All the theme and plugin setup is the same, but this is the only site that disconnects. I’m on WP Version 5.2.1

I turned on logging right before submitting this ticket so I don’t have any logging data to provide showing a disconnect. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

We added the plugin to link between gravity forms and hubspot, set up the feed on the form that we wanted, and that worked like a charm.

Then we realized ALL of our forms were now being synced with hubspot, not only the form with the feed as we expected.. (we need the conditional option in the feed, so we really can’t sync all the forms)

any idea why this is happening and how to solve this?

Is there a way to not have the script push data to hubspot if the contact has used the form before?

Here’s what I’m looking for.
When the user first completes the form, I add a dynamic user number.
I’d like that number to always exist.
If that same user comes back and fills out the form again, I’d like to not push that one field and “update” the user number. Can you add a function that checks for an existing value and in the form settings allow for me to select which fields can be updated and which can’t?

Hubspot currently does not allow for that functionality.
Any submission overwrites any existing data.

It seems like the checkbox to Disable Cookie Tracking is broken in version 4.2 of this plugin.

After I updated the plugin on Friday it started passing through cookie tracking even though the checkbox to Disable Cookie Tracking was checked which caused Hubspot to merge lots of leads it wasn’t suppose to and is creating a huge issue for me. I tracked the issue to this plugin and then rolled it back to version 4.1.1 which immediately solved the problem.

it generating two entries one on correct feed and one with form name #gform_id creating there (not hubspot form) and new contact added there too..

Hello, we are using this to pipe fields from Gravity forms to Hubspot but for some reason, the form isn’t pulling the phone number in (but there is a field avaiilable) and the street address field just isn’t available, but we need to get that info over to hubspot, can you help me understand how to make this work?

Everything setup properly and was able to create feed and associate with correct HS form. Gravity form submits fine and I get email with form info from Gravity but nothing in HS and form in HS shows no submittal. Thanks for any help.

Does this plugin show the number of form ‘Views’ in the HubSpot statistics? In my HubSpot account it Looks like it’s just showing the number of form submissions for each form.

I (Chris) have departed Big Sea and no longer actively maintain this plugin, particularly because I do not have access to HubSpot outside of Big Sea.

I have a client that wants to integrate their forms with Hubspot, but also tie those contacts to salesforce. This is already possible with the Hubspot API. When making a form submission through the API, one of the parameters one can send is “sfdcCampaignId” under “hs_context”.

However, with this plugin, I have no ability to add parameters to the “hs_context” array. You provide filters to modify the pageUrl or pageName parameters, but it would be helpful if there was filter for the entire hs_context array so that I can add a parameter like “sfdcCampaignId”.
