“I would greatly appreciate a response. It seems that Groovy Menus is currently unsupported and unavailable for purchase on Code Canyon, as it has been temporarily removed from their website. I am concerned that the licenses purchased may no longer be supported or developed further, including updates for compatibility with WordPress and PHP, as well as resolving plugin conflicts with Elementor.
Could you please clarify your future development plans for Groovy Menus? Are you abandoning the project entirely? This would be unfortunate, as it is one of the better mobile menu solutions available. I look forward to your honest response.”
If Groovy Menus is indeed being abandoned, I believe it would be prudent for www.ads-software.com to be more vigilant in removing such plugins from their repository to prevent users from relying on unsupported software.

I have two site licenses for the groovy menu product. One for production and one for my local development site. I’ve change the URL for my local dev site and need to reassign the license to that new URL. I’ve logged into the GLM user dashboard and license management site, but it does not allow me to reassign the license. Can someone please advise? I am using your free plugin. I used your old video as mentioned in previous threads but this just makes the “mega menu” operate like an “out of the box” menu from wordpress.
I need the columns to operate like a mega menu. I think it might have something to do with locations but this isn’t covered in the video.

i have installed the premium version on my clients website and i use the desktop version on both, pc and mobile (i set the Mobile version switch to 1px to have the desktop side menu with icons on mobile version to navigate via anchors).
But i have problem on iOS devices, the sidemenu on mobile blinking with white color, on desktop and on android devices everything is ok. i try to disable all the plugins but the problem dosent fixed so its not compatibility problem with other plugins.

Today I installed this plugin, made the menu, it turned out to be too long. I decided to make columns and they do not work. And the change of font color, background and everything else does not work either. Everything works in the preview, but nothing changes on the site. My theme is Iconic One – Version: 1.9.9.

I have set my mobile groovy menu (top menu) to ‘slide menu and container from the left’. However, when it is set to this option, my theme mobile menu (below groovy menu) stops being sticky. My theme mobile menu returns to its sticky state once I change the groovy mobile menu back to ‘off canvas slide from left’.?
I can’t figure out what is causing this issue. Any help?

]]>When scrolling on a long mobile menu, each drag is classed as a click and the submenu opens up, causing the menu to move around lots.
Is there a way to disable this functionality? Ignore the drag but allow normal clicks. Or some quick fix I can put in place? Unable to adjust the JS as this is all minified…
]]>Hi, I set up Groovy Menu on my site, but it seems to have some issues. First of all, I notice that on mobile view, the menu will only load if I select automatic integration. However, if I select the “pre-defined area” method, the menu doesn’t show on my mobile phone. If on automatic integration, both the desktop and mobile views will display the theme’s default menu and the Groovy menu. So, that’s like having two menu items on each device.
The other issue is that on desktop, I notice that some of my pages aren’t showing properly unless I refresh them multiple times. Here’s an example page that does that: https://gibsnet.com/people-and-society-from-a-christian-perspective/
Notice how the page tilts or folds to the left side of the screen in the desktop view. I will appreciate it if you help me with this issue.

]]>My menu consists of two panels – the main panel (sticky) and the top toolbar above it (non-sticky). How can I make the main panel become sticky only when the scroll completely passes the top toolbar? Currently, as soon as the scroll goes past 1 pixel, the main panel becomes sticky, the topbar strangely disappears and the whole menu container looks very tall, but with only the main panel. Looks ugly.

I am using Brizy builder for my website. I integrated the Groovy menu manually with the Shortcode integration and it worked fine. After recent plugin updates, the menu was displayed double or triple on the page (with the automatic integration switched off of course).
The automatic integration is working fine though. But, as I need the menu only on some paged on my site, I am doing it manually.
Any ideas or similar experiences? Is Groovy menu or Brizy causing the issue?
I highly appreciate your tips.

As I mentioned above, I was using the short code method, when the plug-in was updated, the menu started appearing twice or even trice. It is random.
I checked the integration method, I made sure the automatic integration is disabled, but whenever I use the shortcode, the menu appears twice. One menu is responsive but buggy the other is not responsive.
Now to doublecheck that no other integration method is switched on, I deleted the shortcode ([groovy_menu]) and there was no menu at all on the page. Adding the shortcode again, results in double appearance or even triple. It sometimes even changes (from 3 to 2) when I update the page (e.g. F5).
If I use the automatic method, it works fine and only one menu appears. The problem is that I want to manually set on which pages the menu appears.
I changed back to shortcode integration now so you could check it.

I am having problems getting two logos to work with groovy menu. I am using the expanding sidebar menu and I have two logos, one black and one white.
I have set the white logo as the default logo and the black logo as the alternative logo. These settings work well on pages with a white background, it shows the black logo as expected. So, no problems there.
However, I can’t get the switcher in the preset to work, when working with a page with a black background, The black alternative logo shows instead of the white defualt logo, even though I have not set the alternative logo to show.
I’ve tried switching the logos around between default and alternative options but the problem still persists, one of the logos will always be the wrong colour which clashes with the page background. How can I get the defualt to show, not alternative?
