Hi, I’m running the latest Grow (v1.5) on my site. Some readers report that they have not been able to subscribe so I tested it this morning and I, too, can’t subscribe either. The subscribe feature has been working fine on my site for the past 6 months and I have not changed any Grow settings recently.
On Safari desktop, I can enter the first name, the email and check the consent box. But the normal pop-up just opens for a fraction of a second and closes itself. I checked that there are no pop-up blockers on Safari that’s causing this.
On Chrome, it’s a different error. It won’t let me enter the First Name and Email. I can keep clicking on the First Name and Email boxes and start typing but nothing happens.

Also, when I click the share icon, I don’t see the options like Facebook or Pinterest either.

]]>I loaded Grow for 30 days to see if I would qualify. I started having blog issues shortly after this, and 3 weeks in, I disabled it to see if it would fix the other issues. It is still disabled, but the SUBSCRIBE button is still coming up on my pages, even though it isn’t linked to anything and the plugin is turned off. how can I remove the subscribe box please?
]]>I noticed you’ve just launched v1.2 and was trying to find out what the changes were. Your page https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/grow-for-wp/#developers just says see ‘changelog.txt’ but it is not hyperlinked and I can’t find anything on the Grow website.
Do you have a changelog and if so could you link to it on the page in question?

First question: Do we need this plugin if we are already running Mediavine ads through the Mediavine plugin? At least we are running MV ads and Grow on one of our sites, but we don’t have this plugin on it.
Second question: We have Grow on another site (but without the MV plugin and ads) which we are running with just code in the <head> of the site. Will installing this plugin do anything differently?
