I don’t use autoplay for my slider, and want the navigation buttons to be displayed always, so that it is clear for the user that there is more to see. For that I have set my Navs Position to “Left Right Outside”. In normal desktop mode, this works, but on mobile phones, the navigation buttons seem to be displayed in “Left Right” mode, so only when “hovering” and over the logos.
Is “Left Right Outside” not supported in mobile mode?
]]>I am just starting to try out GS Loger Slider. On my page with Kalium theme, there is line under the logos when hovering over them with the mouse. Is there a way to disable this with a custom CSS?
Also my custom CSS code disappears in the preferences, when I leave the dialogue. It is still applied, but when I open preferences again it is not shown there. Has this something to do with not having the pro version?

They all appear, but when it gets to the end of the 24 there is blank row of 5 (you can see this via the URL provided, the GS logo is a fair way down the page)

]]>Hi! We’re using GS Logo Slider to showcase platinum members on this local Chamber of Commerce website. Except recently, the slider has disappeared … in Chrome only. Below the widget title in the sidebar there’s just 1,000+ pixels of empty space before the next widget shows up.

The slider is working just as fine as it always has in Firefox, Bing and Silk browsers. I disabled lazy load for GS Logo Slider to test but hasn’t seemed to make a difference.

I tried disabling the plugin, and then it works normally on the mobile. Desktop has no issues.
I cleared the site’s cache, that did not help either.
What can be done?

I recently purchased the pro version of this plugin (files provided by?https://www.gsplugins.com/account/file-downloads/). The pro plugin is showing version 3.5.3, and the lite plugin is showing version 3.6.5 – I could not find an update for the pro version. All of the logos are sized 4080 px by 2040 px, and they’re showing up on our home page as tiny images. I tried adjusting the custom image size per your instructions here, but it still doesn’t change the size.

I am trying to build a tab system with your logo slider. If you go to https://fiban.org/?seravo_shadow=88bc39 and navigate through there to the Partners page, you can see in the sliders in the tabs.
The sliders are displayed correctly initally, but once you go through all of them and try to open them again, they go in a single row on top of each other. Is there something I can do to fix this? I have tried three tabs plugins/elements and all result in the same issue.

Hi, i’ve just updated the plugin (from 3.5.1) and suddenly all my logos are very much smaller on our website. I see in the code the wrapper divs now have hard-coded HEIGHTS which seems to be the issue. i don’t know what has change regarding size management but this HEIGHT spec now overrides the shortcode user settings e.g. even though i have “Desktop Logos” set to “3” it’s drawing 5 across now i think because the sizing of each image has been overridden using this style/height code on the wrapper div:

The logo carousel has eight logos, which scroll and display correctly in preview versions of the page, and when editing the page. But as soon as the page is published, it only shows the first logo and nothing scrolls.

Logs indicated:

editing gs-logo-scripts.php and commenting out the call to Plugin, but leaving the $enqueue = true seems to workaround the issue until a real fix is available

I was going to use your plugin and then realized that it is not keyboard accessible. Please recode your next/previous buttons to use a <button> element instead of a <div> or add role=”button” and ensure that it’s keyboard accessible with appropriate screen reader text. It would also be great if you added a pause button so users have the ability to pause the autoplay.
