Is this plugin still maintained or has it become unnecessary due to other developments? PDF thumbnail generation suddenly started failing mid-project on my site yesterday afternoon and after extensive googling and troubleshooting attempts, this plugin is the only solution that seems to fix the issue. Is there another more recent solution I should use instead, as this hasn’t been updated or tested in 4 years?

Hi,

Thanks for this – I’ve experienced issues, using native WP pdf thumbnail generation, with our print-ready pdfs either appearing without any background image (it might be a transparency issue where the text/logo layer is not transparent where it should be). I’m keen to try this out – how best to disable the native function and ensure only this plugin is used?
