If your plugin still work with latest WordPress. Please do at least bump the version up to keep to keep it from appearing to be abandoned. You could also add information to change log such as “Compatibility update for WordPress 4.9.4”

Thank you for this simple and easy to use plugin! It just works. And thanks for the provided CSS! It is already styled nicely, but it is easy to customize as well. Adds additional fields to the author bio at the end of the post.
