I have noticed (quite late) that the thumbnails of my Elementor Gallery widget (Elementor Pro) were not showing anymore. I have reverted to a back-up and checked which plugin was causing it. In this process I found out that version 1.1.26 of Gumlet is causing the issue, as I rolled back through each version from the latest (1.1.32) all the way back to 1.1.25. So up till 1.1.25 it works fine, but the update to 1.1.26 makes the thumbnails of the gallery disappear somehow.
It would be great if you could have a look. The URL I have added is a test website with Gumlet v.1.1.26 installed. All the way at the bottom, underneath ‘How to wear’, there is the gallery without thumbnails showing.

]]>Hi, I just purchased a plan, installed and activated WordPress plugin, updated the Gumlet settings properly but am at the step where I am supposed to go to Settings>Gumlet in WordPress and it isn’t there. I’m stuck in the installation process.
Also, as a side note, when I try to find support on your site the Crisp chat seems to be the only way to get support. But when I try to initiate a chat it just gives me a “Failed to send. Retry?” message. My internet is working fine so I figured your support desk was just closed, so I waited until the next day during business hours and am finding it’s the same thing. So this seems to be the only way I can get any help.
]]>As every plugin should have a change log so does this one. For 1 day there were 3 updates and all 3 I have no idea what there is made in them. Please make and add a change log so users know what they are updating.
