What’s the status of this plugin? Has it been abandoned? Are there any plans to update it to the latest WP version? I’m thinking about signing up to Gumroad and need a way to integrate that with my WP site. Keeping this plugin updated would help drive more signups for Gumroad.

Hi,
I actually just realized the button disappear, I think this happens after I updated WP to 5.1. Do you know why?
Thanks,
Satrya
Hi,
I installed the plugin and added some gum.com/ links to my product cards, but they don’t seem to work. I did take a look at the footer.php and the wp_footer action is in it.
From what I can see on the front is that the plugin is not loaded, could this be a caching error or something else?
Hope to hear from you soon!
Hey, just wondering if this plugin will ever be updated? It is showing a last update of March 17, 2016 which is over 2 years ago. It seems to work just fine with my current version of WP 4.9.6 but I am curious about whether there could be security holes that hackers might exploit with the plugin’s implementation on newer versions of WP.
Hello,
I’m using Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics code, due to which the overlay does not open. Do you have a guide on what settings needs to be made in Google Tag manager to avoid conflict with Gumroad?
Is it possible to customise the buy button, product window, cart, and checkout when Gumroad is embedded in an existing website, or indeed, how much can the actual Gumdrop shop be customised beyond the landing page?
Hi, love your plugin.
Having an issue with the overlay.. my posts are long. I have buy or download links all over.. but when you click them, the page skips down much further.. which is a bit dizzying.
I think you should see what I mean on this page: https://www.paperkawaii.com/2016/11/05/origami-layered-bow-tutorial-cute-gift-wrapping-decoration/
The link is under the video that is on the post itself.
This maybe something to do with other plugins I have, do you have any idea why this is happening, and how I can stop it? It is not happening on a different page I have – it works fine. (https://www.paperkawaii.com/origami-diagrams)
Best wishes,
Chrissy
Update: problem only in Safari.. seems fine in Chrome.
Hi,
How do we replicate this tag inside the plugin:
Allow single-product purchases only
data-gumroad-single-product=”true”
For some reason trying different styles on the profile page messed up the styling, cannot get this ‘red’ pricing button anymore. Also, I see different styling on the gumroad.com website and the client/seller’s website, it’s not consistent at all.
Please look into it if you can. CSS issues (not even talking about custom css, I am talking about your own styling options). Something is not working. Thank you
There is a bug with Gumroad overlay.
This will cause the overlay to open straight to the payment (credit card) fields.
BUY - $1
There is a spinning icon instead of the PayPal iCon, so you cannot pay via Paypal AND the credit card icon next to ‘Card’ is missing.
It looks like it’s not initialising properly or something…, the icon keep spinning and the PayPal button never appears.
Hi guys
Will you be releasing an update anytime soon? WordPress gives me a warning to say that your current version of this plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest version of WordPress.
Cheers
Glynne
I followed Gumroad’s instructions to use my own button instead of their shortcode-generated button in order to initiate the overlay. Here’s how it looks:

BUY - $1
When the button is clicked, the overlay runs as it should, except that it shows the user the “I want this!” button instead of showing them credit card fields.
I want to implement the wanted=”true” option described in the plugin settings, so that the user is taken straight to the credit card input fields. I have tried, for example:
BUY - $1
and also

Neither have any effect. The overlay still opens to the “I want this!” button.
Please advise.
Hi, great work with the plugin.
I wonder if we can embed the user gumroad gallery page into a wordpress site, so we have this great page inside our own wordpress site.
I am talking about this gumroad gallery
Thank you.
The question says it all…
I tried manually using the gumroad.js, and also the plugin.
Both not working, clicking on the purchase button just goes over to the gumroad’s site product page.
1) Yes, the page is SSL enabled.
2) No other click events, I tried on a standalond blank wordpress page too.
What do I do now?
Hi
Since an update I’ve noticed the button isn’t appearing on iPad

Thanks for your help

Hi! Is that possible? I not only need the overlay. I need to redirect buyers to a thankyou page after processing the sale.
Can this plugin do that?
Is that possible with WordPress?
Please confirm. Thanks!
Hi There,
I added this plug-in and am trying to embed this on one of my pages. the demo is working for the ID, but my gumroad ID isn’t working. ID is UGP1 (gunroad.com/l/UGP1). Is there a specific thing that may be preventing this from showing up?
Thanks!
