So I have categories for pages.. however the plugin will not display this Can you help fix ?

Got a weird issue. I just added a new post for a recipe blog. The recipe, Cajun Cowboy Breakfast (https://cajunland.com/recipe/cajun-cowboy-breakfast/) is showing up on the main Recipes page if you click on the Breakfast category. However, if you click on All, the recipe does not appear and the next in line (Cajun Corn) does instead. Why is that happening and how can we get it to appear?

Last night WordPress updated to 5.9 and now I always get an error when I want to edit a page with the postgrid Guten Post Layout.

I even cannot edit the page with WP Bakery which would be a backup solution. Because this only happens on pages which use this plugin (pages can still be viewed!) I suppose the plugin is not compatible with 5.9.

Please check it and provide an update. Thank you very much in advance!

I really loved this Post layout plugin, offers so much flexibility in web design.

I noticed it supports the Events Calendar, however it lacks the support to filter upcoming events.

The current plugin offers displaying events by date (which is the posting date) but not the actual date of event. These two types of dates (posting date and event date) are different. It only makes sense to display based on event dates.

Plugin works good only first time, when you add /gu
Then, when you try to edit the page, you get the message: ‘No Posts Available’

When adding my Guten Post Layout block as part of a group, the layout breaks completely. When I inspect in Chrome, the styles like gpl-columns-3 aren’t defined.

I’ve set two custom post types to use as rewrites… It seems to be ignored by the Guten Post Layout PlugIn (others use it). Any idea, why?

When I added this plugin the formatting/css worked fine but the plugin has recently lost it’s formatting layout, image size, css styles generally and I am unsure why.

Any ideas?

I’ve looked through the code and can’t see any reference to alt tags for images or title tags for links. This is a hit to SEO and if it could be added, that would be great.

Filter taxonomy doesn’t work even non conflict test activated. Filter buttons don’t appear, only “all option” does. In block editor buttons appear correctly, but after on public web they don’t.

Hi there, I was excited to try your Guten Post Layout plugin today. But I have a problem:
– When I set up Post Layout in the backend editor, and select the desired category, search results are displayed correctly.
– But when I save the post and view it from the visitor side, it shows completely different results, unrelated to the category I selected.

Hi, thank you very much for the plugin.
I have seen that the Random option does not work. It shows the message “No Posts Available” and the wheel goes round and round. The same goes for Menu Order.

The same posts by title or date are displayed correctly.

If I use other CPT the same thing happens. By date everything ok, by Random or Menu Order, shows nothing.

Is it possible to have ‘Display Post Excerpt’ and ‘Display Post Read More Button’ on Skin 2?

On my local machine the plugin does not work as it says, “No posts available” even though there are posts on the website and it is running on WordPress v5.2.2. It does however, work online with an older version of WordPress v5.0.4.

1) Can the plugin work locally on a localhost WordPress website?

2) Is the plugin compatible with the latest version of WordPress which is currently version 5.2.2?

First off, this plugin looks awesome and seems very easy to use. Thank you for working on it!

As a feature request, I would like to see more flexible Query options. Specifically, selecting multiple categories and terms from multiple taxonomies, as well as creating an exposed Category Filter for use on the front end.

The later example would be something like a drop down that would allow the end user to filter the post grid based on a specific term on the front end of the site.
