Could you please tell me how to remove the chat bot from the login page. I have unchecked the hover box and chat from settings->Membership Management, but it is still there on Login Page.

I really like the Fitsoft plugin but it’s massively slowed my site down. I’ve udpated everything, upgraded to PHP 7.1 and tested with other plugins deactivated but I can see that, for some reason, the Fitsoft part takes a really long time to load.

Eg. tests with Fitsoft show page load time at 34+ seconds. Without it’s around 8 – 9 seconds.

Any ideas what I can do to fix this? I’d really like to keep using it as it’s perfect for my needs.

I had to deactivate the plugin because the owners of the site were so upset about having it on the site. How can I disable just the chat box?

The plugin is perfect for me but I can’t find out how to remove/deactivate chat.

For planning reasons, simply hoping to get some clarity with regards to the processing fee Fitsoft collects on transactions. It’s mentioned in the plugin’s page, but not quantified.

Does this allow for physical barcode check in system to track gym members each time they come in for a class?

Hi,

I am testing this. I created a test member with a membership that has access to all classes.

When I log in as that user, and select View All Classes, I can see the schedule and the register button.

When I click on it, a new Window pops up, but I don’t see another button to register or similar, so the user cannot register to that class.

Am I missing something?

I am updating a football officials site and using WordPress. We have a crew page where we need to show the five crew members in the crew’s name, picture, their years of experience and what position they are (R, U, HL, LJ, BJ). Possibly some additional information or maybe a page that tells more about the individual if they click on them. Is that possible with this plugin? If not, do you know of a good one that might work well?
