the plugin is very good
but there is a problem
if user add ticket :
i can not add reblay
and i see ticket in admin whrit Answered by user
i can not read ticket and replay to it and close it

how can i fix this problem ???

i tried all support ticket plugins in wordpress, and this is the one and only Best ticket plugin ever.

but i need a small changes in plugin.

1) any way to change plugin to work without password..? that is email id is enough to check ticket status.

2)
