I like Villatheme, so I would like to use this plugin someday.

I am currently using the awesomesupportp plugin and would like to switch to this plugin.
So here’s a question

1 Tickets from woocommerce’s My Account page, purchased items, returns, and exchange requests.

2 Support tickets in a single page tab on woocommece

3 With Email Bypass, when you send an email, it syncs with the ticket.

4 Suggestion function as soon as you enter the ticket subject,

Just downloaded to start testing – looks awesome!

In Settings > File Attachments tried to add PDF & XLSx/XLS, DOCX/DOC and ‘Not Found’. Appears to only allow image/video files.

Can I change this?
