I have installed the heatmap free version on my site. Plugin is working as good only I want to know about how to extract the visited data.
]]>i have activated the plugin and isee the little heatmap button on my admin bar and also the statistics in the pull-in tab on the side. but i don’t see any heatmap dots on my screen… how can i see it ?

When I activated Heatmap it was working perfectly.. no problems. However a few hours later and now when I try to activate it all it shows in the corner is the Heatmap logo and when I click it it takes me to the heatmap website. I cannot access the controls or maps at all.

I installed the plugin and went to a separate incognito browser and clicked on a bunch of links.
The plugin still shows that there’s no data.
How much data do I need before it shows up, or how long do I need to wait for the data to register?
I turned off W3 Cache, in case it was causing a conflict of some sort, but ideally I’d like to turn that back on for performance reasons.

The plugin was great, then stopped working suddenly. I’ve tried reinstalling, using the script version, and turning off all other plugins to troubleshoot. I just keep getting an error (“You need permission to access the heatmap on this site.
Want in? Ask the administrator for access.”) even though I’m the admin and am logged in via my gmail account. It was a great plugin while it worked.

Is there any other personal data saved (For instance IPs, User-agent etc.) or even transfered to an other system?

I just noticed that Heatmap is also visible for subscribers of my website. I only want the Admin to see it.. Can this be done?

I was wondering how to distinguish the data considering different screen sizes.
I have a few clicks that on larger screens seems to be in a empty space and I wonder if they referr to clicks on smaller size screen instead.
Does anyone know something about this?

I installed and activated the heat map plugin for word press, but after I click the heat map button which comes on top right corner of the admin panel, I do not get any information. It just asks for sign in with heat map. If I trying signing in then it says only one user allowed. If I log in with the same user in heatmap.me in the admin page, it says You don’t have any access rights. Its confusing. Could you guys help me on this

]]>Hi, again! I have the free plan set up on my site to track 5 pages. Two of these seem to be recording and tracking fine. However, the other 3 pages show that there has been no activity on them since I started recording 3 days ago. But when I look in Google Analytics for the same timeframe, I do see page views.
Do I have something set up incorrectly?

I am using heatmap for some days now, and I got massive problems with article previews. First I thought it was a caching issue, and changed the plugin for that, but now it seems, heatmap had been the troublemaker all the way.
Can you fix it, so that it will not be loaded with article previews?

But all I see is “plugin status: active” Where can I see how this works?
I just installed the heatmap plugin. It seems wo work nice. I just didn’t find any informations about the settings on the panel. Do I need to enable “Record” on every single page? What does the “body clicks” and “inactive clicks” settings mean?
