Installs 2 copies of the file (1 is Activated and 1 is Deactivated) which creates several errors in WordPress – needs to be fixed as it does not work as it is.

I’ve just installed the plugin and activated without issue. I’ve followed the instructions and when I go to insert the Helpden ID, I’m not able to find the HelpDen plugin on the left hand side. I’ve deleted the plugin and reinstalled again without any luck.

Has anyone had this problem. I’m using the latest version of WP and plugin. Thanks.

I like the simplicity of this plugin. It doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles, but that’s probably a good thing.

Hopefully, the next version allows you to select which pages you want live support on.

Set up everything and installed the plug-in just fine and see the light bulb and folks can ask questions.

However, I never get any notifications and the account at helpden shows nothing.

This is really really bad – folks are asking questions and I never hear about them.

Be very careful with this – I will check back in a few months and see if this company can get their act together.
