I imported my faqs using wp-import. faqs ARE in gourps and categoires. The plugin knows this in the backend, forgets in the front.

As mentioned by other users, the json does not appear in the header.
The plugin has other problems, the first one being that it creates and publish content when it is installed. FAQ, faq categories, but also a page that is, of course, not relevant to my website, but appears automatically in the RSS feed.
Come on guys, never heard about the status “draft” ? ?? I mean you’re supposed to be SEO and you publish content without authorization ?
It is not compatible with WPML, so can’t be used on multilingual website without a lot of effort.
And finally the free version does not let you choose manually the order of the questions, and I did not see it mentioned in the features of the pro version.
Definitively uninstalled it.

I have opened 2 support cases for the pro version that is crashing my site and nobody is responding. This is over 1 week without a response. Thank you for crashing my site and not even extending me the courtesy of supporting your product that I paid for.

The concept of helpie is really good , however the most important function for me does not work. I can not automatically integrate FAQ articles to certain product categories automatically.
The existing function in the Pro-VAriante (which I bought for this purpose) always returns the error message:
In your site not found product categories, please add some categories for better customization of Product FAQ Relations.
Of course I have created several product categories, but Helpie does not find them.
I have been trying to contact support for 2 weeks, but have not received an answer via email or Freemius support system – very frustrating and money spent for nothing.
I had the suspicion that this error was related to our WooCommerce installation, so I have additionally run a new wordpress – WooCommerce installation in which no plugins and only a few test data.
To my great astonishment also here the same error message, I do not understand the world more.
I have not had to make such a bad support experience in the last 5 years as now with helpie.

I spent an hour trying to add an FAQ to an existing faq group. I’m beyond frustrated that something that should be ultra simple and easy is instead this difficult.
Second — when I create an faq group, the slug for each faq is eliminated??? And in its place the URL displays the post#
Why create a slug if Helpie isn’t going to use it?
How is every single user not running into these two issues?

We had conflicts with the plugin, resulting in 404 error on the whole site. Therefore, we regret, we have uninstalled this permanently on our site.

I’m sorry to say that I have lost all confidence in Helpie FAQ after discovering that the plugin has a serious performance issue since it is causing the core to flush rewrite_rules on every page load.
We have also experienced some recurring conflict with other plugin (Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress) resulting in 404 pages.
So I’m sorry but I recommend you find some other plugin to handle your FAQ. We have uninstalled this one permanently on our site.

Helpie FAQ is easy to use. I love the FAQ search feature. Looks great on the site and easy to manage. When we add new questions and categorize them, it’s great that they can then automatically pull into the pages/sections.

This is just what we needed to add a simple FAQ page. I’m no WordPress expert, and had no trouble getting helpie-faq installed and working.
The only thing I was confused about, because I didn’t read the instructions, was FAQ Groups vs FAQ Categories. Read about that before you create a bunch of FAQs so you understand the organization options.
The feature set is quite generous in the free version. There is little lacking for a simple FAQ page.

I was using a different plugin for FAQs, but it stopped working after an update.
I moved to this plugin, found one issue (I wanted to hide the title of the FAQ groups (I was making one per page)). I posted and very quickly got an answer back that that setting was coming in a future update, and only a couple of weeks later here it is!

Update July 21, 2021: The newest update shrunk the size of the text on my entire site. I deactivated your plugin and the size returned to normal. I really appreciated your plugin until now…!

One tiny improvement would be the ability to use the same name for all my FAQs. I offer different services and have a FAQs section for each. But the plugin won’t allow the heading “Frequently Asked Questions” more than once. I had to add a colon or an ellipses for the other headings.
Another improvement would be the paragraph spacing in the first question of a FAQ group. In each FAQ group, the answer to the first question always ends up in one big block even though I’ve spaced the paragraphs. As a workaround, I’ve added <br> to the code.
