I don’t know what’s wrong, but I cannot get this plugin to work because I cannot login. I created a new account but never got a confirmation mail. I tried with different addresses to no avail. When I go to Settings, the page keeps refreshing and downloading a strange file called asfc, which doesn’t seem to contain anything. If I try to create a new account with the email address I typed, it says that the account exists already and off goes another download of this empty asfc file.

Today I already bought for Amplify via plugin interface, but the amplify not activated, how to activate?
already sent email twice to support but no luck no reply at all.
Actually do you have live support or not?

I had installed the free plugin on my website.

but the user has to register with heyoya to post the comment.

Is there a way to avoid it. I dont think users would want to register on another website.

I had to disable the plugin because for each post the user need to have a heyoya account.

Please let me know how to avoid this

Hello. App seems like a winner but I can’t find where the audio files are stored in WordPress. They’re not in the uploads folder. Can you advise? Would love to use this but we need to have (and should have) control and access of the comments files.
