The disabled category will go to a 404 page, so you will have to handle redirections with another plugin.

Absolutely an awesome plugin that worked to hide categories from product pages and even from the code. I would suggest to add the feature to hide brands also from products.
Keep on updating and testing the plugin on the major versions of Woocommerce!!

I have a category for discontinued items that I did not want to show in the main list of categories, I was going to write the code to hide it and while I was searching I found this plug in, installed it, selected the category and… done! 5 stars

It s great but it also hides the products from all the subcatagories under the one you have set as hidden. It we great to have a setting where this didnt happen

The fact that WooCommerce does not have this functionality out-of-the-box is evidence of how silly the platform can sometimes be. Thank you for providing this functionality in a plug-in that works as needed. I hope someday the developers of WC start taking the platform more seriously and build in super basic functionality as this. Until then… we’ll use plug-ins.

I got one thing from this plugin I just have to hide the name of the selected category, not its URL I want the URL of that category to be able to run

This functionality should be default in WooCommerce. Thanks!

Thanks for this plugin. I had to create a bunch of categories just to assign Product Add-ons to them since I couldn’t do it by tag. These categories are otherwise unnecessary so I was happy to find out I could hid them!
