This plugin works very well.

I just think it is too bad it do’est allow to choose a default head/header injection and that it is only on a per-post system.

Was a little put off with the “This plugin has not been updates in 2 years” thing but have no fear!
I am using 3.8 and it works perfectly.
Such an amazingly useful plugin!

Tested to work in WordPress 3.5.1 with Headway 3.4.8. If you use CloudFlare with your site and discover that injected JavaScript does not seem to work, add data-cfasync=”false” to the opening script tag: https://stackoverflow.com/a/10611827
