Lots of good things to say about this theme and the team behind it. They have a wonderful support forum that is very active and responds quickly. If their support doesn’t have an answer to something that is more customizable (like custom code), often other members do. I have enjoyed it so much that I am using it on a second website now. Kudos!

HivePress provides a lot of directory functionality out of the box but their documentation is some of the worst I have ever seen. Their videos are horrendous.
