Getting A String Of !!!!! when I enter the first search character.

I am trying on this plugin but thankfully I haven’t adquire the Premium, it stopped working and every time I try to insert the shortcut whether is the page I was using it on or create a new one, the page gets this error message “There has been a critical error on this website.”

The plugin was working fine a couple of weeks ago, I don’t know what happened.

Have installed and set-up plugin, but every time I try and test the plugin, I get no home value data, just the thank you message. What is missing from the set-up??

This plugin has been this way ever since I installed it YEARS AGO!!!!!!!

I can’t get any value from it. The API field is empty. I don’t know where to get it. I need help for this.

I am attempting to set this up on a site that I am building (staged environment) but keep receiving the “Unable to generate or retrieve your Home Value API key: 0” message when trying to generate the API key. Any ideas?

So 2 things going on that are related:

1st issue:

I’m trying to get this plugin to work, but when I submit and check the leads on the 8bhomevalue plugin backend, the tag reads “address not found” which makes me believe that I need the Home Value Api key for it to work properly.

Every time I check the “Generate and Retrieve Key” box and save settings though, I get the message “You have previously created a Home Value API key. This key will be reused. If your key is still empty, then your server is not reachable from the Internet.” but I have no idea where to access the key. Could someone provide some insight to this please?

2nd issue:

I’m trying to purchase more home valuations but don’t know what my license key, how do we get that?

Hello everyone, for some reason, this plugin no longer displays property values. Just for context, i have the latest version of wordpress installed, also have the lastest version of home value plugin installed. i have the free version of this plugin which comes with 10 evaluations per month. i have also refreshed the valuation section and currently registering 10 valuations available. When i type in a property address and hit submit one of 2 things happen, it will say getting values and thats it nothing else happens even if i wait for hours. or sometimes it wont display anything at all. even when i complete the form and enter my contact info, i get an email and the property info is plank as well. i have tried reaching out to 8b and have not received a response from them. I also looked online for an alternative plugin to get property values and have not found anything. can i get assistance with this plugin to display home values again or help me find an alternative service/plugin that does the same thing. thanks everyone.

I can only see the home’s Street view when filling out the form.

How do I change the color of “submit” button to match my website colors?

The search result for the address shows a blank box with a question mark and I can get the full text by copy/pasting in a separate browser:

The Google Maps Platform server rejected your request. Invalid request. Invalid ‘size’ parameter.

Is there a way for us to validate the phone and email for this? We tried using another plugin but the email and phone number fields were text so we are having a hard time configuring it.

Can I add the extra information regarding with the address, Estimate Median Value and property info to the CSV export?

I have had serval tests done and this is not returning values in Columbus, OH
Is there something we have set up not correctly or is Columbus, OH not supported

Is there an option to include an Opt-In checkbox on the lead capture form. Seems like a standard for lead gen.

I am getting submissions with fake emails….very fake…just one letter or number. I was wondering if there was a setting or a way to ensure a more valid address is submitted? Maybe a format requirement or validation of some kind?

How can I redirect leads who submit a home value request after they have submitted the form? I need to redirect them to a thank you page within the same website: https://myrealtyvalue.com/thanks/

The reason I need to redirect them is to be able to set up correctly the Facebook Pixel Events.

Hi! I’m trying to update the premium version of the plugin and it doesn’t allow because of this error:

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in?/var/www/wp-content/plugins/home-value/src/sdk/wordpress/updater/edd.php?on line?313

I’d really appreciate If you can help me fix this cause it looks like it’s causing trouble in the whole website.

Hey there! Awesome plugin ?? I downloaded it onto my client’s site and I am getting the generic “Thank you for your submission” message with every address I use. However, when I use these same test addresses on your demo site I receive a value. Is this because I need to upgrade the plugin or do I need to adjust some settings? Thanks in advance for your help!

Do I need Premium to receive an email if someone submits a lead?

Hi! I’m having some problems with the search suggestions , the results don’t appear attached to the search input box, they appear in the top of the page. I’ve tried uninstalling the plugin and installing back again and it still doesn’t work. Also tried with the css position but i can’t modify it.

It doesn’t provide any results. I’ve tried several addresses and can’t get an evaluation on anything.

How can I add feilds to form like room No. and else

and can I show the user estimation direct without email

I installed the plug-in but it did not pull in my API key –

My client is in California and he cannot generate home value results. The wheel on the loading just keeps on rotating.
Me in the Philippines can generate as well as in Pakistan.
Tried buying a license key and contacting through their website but no response still.
Hoping for your soonest response.

Can you please provide the street address in the webhook payload? It would be hugely beneficial to have that information when sending into CRMs.

I see the plugin requests users enter their full name, email, and phone number to get their home’s value.

Is it possible to only collect the address entered and not the personal information?

Is there a setting or change in the code we can make that changes the default behavior?
