I’m using the free version of this plugin and when i was testing it with a customer type client for woocommerce, i dont understand why during the checkout i cant find the option to redeem the points and use them for payment.
is it restricted for the pro version or we can consider this a bug.

User not able to redeem points during checkout.
redeem points option is not available in cart.
Even when customer place an order it does show earned points in a log and does get added to customer profile but on order admin it shows none.

]]>I’m wondering about a possibility to have a point system to convert points into certain products.
I already read that your plugin can perform this action so the question is, can we have some products which cannot be ordered with money and can be ordered with points with some levels, while every other products can only be ordered with money?
Example:
Product 1 – 1000 points
Product 2 – 2000 points
…
These products can only be ordered if the customer has the necessary points, all the other products can be ordered with money.
If he has 500 points, he cannot order any product with points.
If he has 1500 poins, he can order Product 1.
If he has 3000 points, he can order 3 Product 1 or 1 Product 1 and 1 Product 2.

Hi, I am having a problem with the minimum purchase amount function of the app. I wish to have a minimum purchase of ￡15 before the customer can apply their points reward. In my case when a customer spends less than ￡15 there is a message that correctly indicates how much more the customer must spend to redeem their points, but the point discount is applied anyway before ￡15 is reached.
The sample customer has 200 points in their account with the conversion rate of 100 points = ￡10.
When you go in as the user and click points (my account) the header and footer of the site disappears. Any idea why?

I tested your plugin cause I need one but the Points are calculated from amound without tax. IN Switzerland ist the tax 7.7% and for example when I buy something for 100 CHF the client just get 93 Points for a purchase of 93 CHF (without Tax of 7.7%) 93 CHF + 7.7% = 100 CHF
I think this is wrong and must be corrigared, no?? Or can I change that???

I′m using Woocommerce 3.7.0 and WordPress 5.2.3–pt_BR. Not using any other plugins.
When the user is on the cart page and add a cross sells product to the purchase the cart content is updated via javascript and the notice (which tells the amount of points the user will earn) gets duplicated, if the user add another product another notice is shown, and so on.

doing that conversion amd putting it right there would be great I think.
also, I have installed the free version on the new envo ecommerce theme on our sote but it doesnt show how many pointa the buyer will earn on the product page below the price. Did I not do something right? or do i need to manually put something into our single product page code?
I already had 1,640 products listed before Installing your plugin if that matters?
