I’m using a wordpress site with the Houzez theme installed and i want to import properties from inmobalia via API key, but i receive this error: ‘Failed to insert post. The error was as follows: Could not insert post into the database.’

I’m using a VPS with PHP version 8.0, memory limit 1GB, post_max_size = 256 MB did anyone received this error before, can i get some help please.

My server runs out of fastcgi resources processing the daily input file. I wrote some code to split up the input file into chunks of 20 properties. How can I call the import in a batch script to load multiple files?

I’m testing this feed and it does bring in basic information from the Kyero file but the file has fields that do not match Houzez so I created a logical field for us to use internally and mapped the feed to the field but it does not import anything, I have tried

none of these populate the field although data does exist.

If I set the feed up as XML I can bring these fields in without issue but it won’t bring in more than the featured image

How must i map Houzez fields to import options and images from XML?

I’ve read a previous thread (link) about the import and export of two websites using the Houzez theme.

Question:

1. Is there a limit on how many websites can import data using the BLM format?
2. Can the property titles be different in each site?

For example, let’s say we have the website A and the website B.

On site A, we’ve set a BLM export
On site B, we’ve set a BLM import

Can somehow the property title to be different in the second site without having to login to the CRM and change it manually?

I was thinking of using the Fields Builder and then the Field Mapping option to create different titles for each property in one website and then export the property and import it with another title on the second website.

Can you please verify that this plugin will work with the PropCtrl system that Property24 in South Africa uses?

Being as honest as possible, can you please let us know the major differences between this plugin and the plugin that Realtyna offers? Specifically, what are the main differences in terms of sync and other functionalities? I understand that Realtyna has direct access to many MLS. Do you offer the same? Additionally, they claim their plugin integrates seamlessly with Houzez, but it seems like your plugin was also built for Houzez. We just want to be clear on what they offer versus what you offer.

We’ve started playing around with the free version of the plugin and neglected to ask one very important question. Does the plugin update already imported property listings. Say for example a agent changes the property status to sold, will the feed update the listing? This is very important because it would be impossible to manually update say 500 listings?

There has been alot of talk about using APIs instead of the older methods. Please can you confirm if your sync method can handle upto 5000 properties and easily sync those properties on a daily basis which is required by some mls and companies?

I have created in the houzez field builder a checkbox list named (Tipologia de alojamento) with the following options (Apartamentos Duplos, Apartamentos Individuais, Quartos Duplos, Quartos Triplos, Quartos Individuais, WC Privado) and when in my CSV i have a field called tipologia_de_alojamento with the following structure “Quartos Duplos,Quartos Individuais”. Is it possible to map this to make all the Quartos Duplos and Quartos Individuais checked?

I am wondering if there is any chance to auto set the publishing status imported properties as “draft”.

Also, since Kyero input file does not contain geo coordinates, I tried to assign the /town field value in my input file to to Houze’s fave_property_map_address field, though with no results.
Maybe should I use a different field mapping?

I uploaded separately in the media my files and it automatically delete the files in the property everytime. Is there a syntax to deny the media upload?

im importing data by csv totally fine. I have a problem with the price (Sale or Rent Price) its getting a number format, example 2490000 and its pulling 2490000,00 (two more 0’s) but showing on the detailpage: 249.000.000 €

I dont know why its pulling these two zeros after the comma?

Do i have to change the field mapping instead of equal to *?

I want to create a website for a french real state agency. They use Apimo to list properties. Apimo has an API (https://apimo.net/fr/api/webservice/#Webservice)
I don’t see APIMO in your supported CRMs.
It is possible to integrate it?
You talk about XML and CSV but is it ok with JSON too?

Can you confirm me than if you can integrate Apimo at your plugin, I will be able to have data loaded directly in Houzez templates? (With Pro version)

Hi, Please can you help, we have subscribed to the pro version of Houzez Property Feed and set Kyero as the import feed, which is working, however the status of the imported properties needs to be set to For Sale or For Rent. This is not happening, hence the imported properties are not being shown on the website. This is the current field mapping settings, however it does not seem to have any effect. We are using Kyero feed, most of the data is matched correctly without us doing anything. However, there are some data inside the Kyero feed that is not passed into the website, such as area and land size.
This is an example excerpt from the Kyero feed:

How should we format the Field Mapping in order to get this data? We could not find the solution in the official documentation.

Second question: We also have this data in the field:

This info is not automatically passed to the website, what can we do to use that?

I have an issue with the importer when i try to run it, I have the same error for each item : “Failed to insert post. The error was as follows: Unable to insert publication in database“.

I take the items from an online CSV and I’ve set just the basic required filed (title, property ID, content and exerpt)

I need to add more languages in the description field on XML export file, the format I use is Kyero. It only shows English, but I need to get the description in Spanish, French and a few more.

How can I add more languages?

I have a problem with importing a csv that comes from a real estate portal.

The image urls have this configuration:

When importing I get the following error: Sorry, you do not have permissions to upload this type of file.

My computer scientists tell me that it is due to the ending of the url ?rule=original.

But the portal downloads the urls with that ending, if we remove it it gives us another Bad Request error.

Could you solve this so that the plugins allow us to import the images with that url?

90% of the csv that we are going to import with the plugins come from that provider and the urls of the images will have that format.
