I can’t get this plugin to work any longer. I tried deactivating it and reactivating. Then I tried deactivating and deleting and then re-installing. Nothing. It is a simple plugin and I’ve really liked it. I wish I could get it working. https://www.fixitplan.com

Hi
My client has noticed an issue with the plugin on IE9 which I have noticed on my own version of both IE9 & IE8 here.
When creating a new post and adding a recipe using the fork and spoon icon above the WYSIWYG editor it all works fine. Until you hit publish, at which point the recipe graphic (and recipe information) vanishes without trace from the editor.
Is this a common bug? Anyone else found a fix?
Cheers!
Tom
My PHP Error Log is full of hRecipe errors that look like this.
[30-Aug-2012 00:35:19] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function register_activation_hook() in /home1/criticg6/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hrecipe/hrecipe.php on line 59
Could this be causing my recipe posts to load slower?
Hi there,
I’m seeking help on how to add the recipe image in the plugin so that I shows in search results. Any advice?
Thank you.
Hi, I’m using hRecipe in conjunction with the WP-Print plugin. I’d like to conditionally check to see if hRecipe is on a particular post and output the print link directly after the hRecipe output.
Is there a way to hook into hRecipe or otherwise perform a conditional statement when outputting the post to see if hRecipe is being used?
Thanks,
Carrie
Hi: I am trying to use hrecipe for both existing (re-write) and new recipes. Most of our recipes have free text (before instructions) and I can’t find the way to place it in the tool. It seems if I put it outside of
areas it will not be part of the recipe in search indexes.
The other challenge is we have many pictures from top to bottom, in between text, and I don’t know how to give them the proper tag. The plugin does not support photos, or maybe I missed the place where they are managed?
Thanks
WordPress prompted me to update the plugin today; I did, and the icon in “write post” no longer works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it; no luck. I hope this is fixed soon, because I really like this plugin!
I’m loving the plugin, but I was looking into trying to separate the content so that I can display different parts of the list in different areas other than in the box format that hRecipe provides.
It’s looking to be very difficult to restructure since all of the html formating is in the JS file. I’m sure you had a good reason to do it that way, but it’s making it extremely hard to customize.
BTW… I notice a print.css file, but there’s nothing in it. ?? Hopefully that’s planned for the future.
when i insert a recipe it always inserts the recipe at the top of the post, not where my cursor was prior to the recipe. Is there a fix for this?
Thanks
I’m not sure which of the most recent updates to this plugin caused the problem, so let’s go with 0.5.x. In the hRecipe admin panel, under Recipe Structure, I have Bullets selected for Ingredient list. This used to work, and my ingredients list would have bullets. Now it is numbered. I have to manually change the ol tag to ul each time. I tried changing to numbered just to see if they were labeled backward, but that also results in a numbered list.
As a side note, it would also be nice if the output included some carriage returns to keep the code neat. It would make edits like these much easier. Plus I always make a few additional edits anyway to get the formatting the way I want (cook time/prep time/yield a the top, source at the bottom, etc.).
Thanks!

I installed the latest version of hrecipe, but when I go to write a new post and click on the star button, I’m just seeing a blank pop-up screen with no form or anything to actually enter my recipe information. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, I just can’t get this to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
