That simple plugin simple works!
I don’t want to spend hours setting complex message form and fight to fit it into the pages, that one is simple and easy expecially if you understand about code, you can change and add fields in no time.

I love the flexibility of this form. Plus the captcha feature works in safari so thumbs up for that. as my users had issues with using google recaptcha in that browser.

Simple but very effective. As mentioned by others, other Forms plugins are either too restrictive or they try to reinvent the wheel. This plugin is great for simple forms but I needed something that gave me complete control of hundreds of radio buttons plus contact data AND allowed me to run a little javascript to make the form useful. This easily did that. Thank you!
After a little digging online, I edited the HTML_CF_front_end.php to jump to a new page instead of just a Thank you reply.
I replaced:

I wasn’t happy with the selection of contact forms I was finding in the plugin search bar until I came across this one. I’m not sure if I was being picky, but all of the other offers were either to basic or just to much. I like that I am able to work with the basic html if I want with this plugin. I am going to add this to my must have plugin list and plan on telling many others about it!!!
