One of the best looking/working players I could find for the longest time. Wanted to show my gratitude for this work. Good luck with the future!

As this is retired plugin, it is better to remove this plugin from here.

No way to upgrade to pro version.

This plugin looked so promising, but it ended up being a disappointment. When you edit or delete a single song in “Manage Songs”, it impacts all the songs. For example, let’s say you have the following song list:
Your Song
What A Wonderful World
Hound Dog
I’m A Believer
When we edit Hound Dog, for example, and update, our list ends of looking like this:
Hound Dog
Hound Dog
Hound Dog
Hound Dog
Back to the original four songs, if we were to delete I’m A Believer, for example, all the songs will become deleted. We’ve played with this probably 20 times and reached out to support several times, but still can’t get it to work properly.

tl:dr; don’t use this, better off using your time to find a better plugin…
I used the HTML5 version of this and it worked fine before. My client needed a Site Refresh and i decided to use the one for WordPress as we built a custom theme to suit their needs.
At first it seems very usable and we even bought the Pro Version. However, problems arose when we attempted to upload audio for the plugin. The page would turn white forcing you to close it out with the X in the upper right hand corner, but preventing you from uploading the audio file to the plugin. The easy fix for this is to upload your files, then manually put in the url yourself.
Then the other problem was that the player wouldn’t show up when i put the shortcode in. The jquery, CSS, and Javascript files would show up but the HTML that makes the player wouldn’t. So i asked for help in an email:
I was told there was a conflict with the Jquery, but that can’t be since i’m using a boilerplate to make my theme. So after going back and forth for a while, i just decided to take the old version (HTML5 Jquery audio player) and just write a plugin myself.
I made a mistake in buying the pro version of this plugin, and this will probably be the last time i buy a plugin for a while. Don’t waste your time unless you want a headache.

It looks nice but It just took an hour of my life.
]]>Rating: 1 star
Yeah, it’s pretty buggy
]]>Rating: 1 star
I’m not one to leave bad ratings but this was frustrating, no drag and drop I thought well that’s ok. But then an ogg file is required upon upload? What!? All a musician needs is to be able to upload one high quality 320kbps mp3 file like the rest of the world. GAHHHH.

Ugly, unhandy, like a hell.

1. Try adding two audio files. Then Update/edit the title of one. Then the playlist shows the SAME track twice, rather than two different tracks!
2. With more than one audio track, then a View More button appears, rather than displaying the full playlist! See here: https://prntscr.com/8enmh1
3. In the price box, you can put the currency symbol, and also in the display settings page, resulting in TWO currency symbols displayed at once! https://prntscr.com/8enkbv
4. “Link Buy Text” makes you think that you write “Buy” here, when in fact that’s on the settings page and in this input box, you put a “URL”, but it says “Text” not “URL”!
5. The default display looks awful: https://prntscr.com/8enkkp It REQUIRES custom CSS to just make it look good, like by adjusting the width.
6. The coloring is massively off. The text changes from dark to light when hovering, so it will ALWAYS disappear into the background color at some point. Again more custom CSS to fix it.

You get crazy! Don’t spill your time!
To set up one song in your playlist need half an hour (by the way you need to make two versions – one .mp3 AND an .ogg – WHY?!?!?)

That’s not a way to start coding a plugin. It messes with all the rest, and leaves you with blank screens of death wondering why your work has suddenly stopped working with no warning.
2 stars for the effort to release it to the community.
I do not recommend this

Never could get the player to work support is virtually non existent. Ironically it looks almost identical to Shape5.com mp3 player..hmmm suspect

Downloaded and installed fine. It’s a little bit archaic to use, no good documentation, many things were duplicating automatically. Spent an hour getting it setup. Deleted one song and the entire database was deleted. Have to clear out database. Had same problems that the forum said were fixed two months ago – obviously not fixed. My current recommendation is choose another product. I am a power user, been programming since 1976. Some basic database functionality needs debugging. Trying to find out if the pro version is less buggy…
Okay tried it again… last song I forgot the composer. Went back and added it and it screwed up everything. What a a total waste of time this app is. Of course I am really pissed off at the moment. I will waste time once more to be fair but I can tell you it’s broke and no amount of trying on my part will fix it…
Okay – third time worked – As long as you absolutely make zero – 0 – zip nada mistakes and don’t need to edit or delete a song, it works. So be perfect in your entry and don’t make a single error or be willing to live with typos, it’s okay. Otherwise you will waste a lot of time. But I am still leaving the rating until it is fixed then I will up it accordingly.

Hi,
I installed this plugin but after filling all the fields it always says “Required Fields not identified”. How can I manage this.
Please Test it with latest version, also mention required fields there…
Thanks…

Trying the free version to start with and it works great. Will definitely get the Pro version. The added features are essential for a power-user and I think they come at a very fair price. I have worked with Players before, they are notoriously hard to get right. Kudos to the author(s) of this one.

is the very best!

Very fast plugin, loved using the free version so much I decided to buy the Pro version which is even better. The only thing I would change would be allowing for changes in playlist order or config without modifying the whole playlist.
