Hi, when trying to connect the plugin to Hubspot, (setup step 3 onhttps://docs.makewebbetter.com/hubspot-woocommerce-integration/) I get an error message on the Hubspot page: “Impossible de terminer la connexion” even though the Woocommerce by MakeWebBetter app is installed on the Hubspot account…

I have added 2 additional custom order statuses to WooCommerce. I have tried disabling the integration and reconnecting it. When I reconnect the integration, it does not push the custom order statuses to Hubspot as deal stages. How can this be accomplished?

I disconnected my hubspot account, and then reconnected it. After that, the deals tab just displays the message:

Connect with eCommerce Pipeline
Connect with HubSpot eCommerce pipleine to create deals for your WooCommerce orders.
*RUN SETUP* (button)

Pressing the sync now button does nothing.

I have two distinct woocommerce store and want to connect both of them to Hubspot. the option exists in settings to connect another store.

My question is how does it handle the contacts. Will it simply mix all the contacts together or will it list them separately?

maybe I misunderstood the point of this plugin. All I want is to capture the customer’s information in my hubspot account when they make a purchase. But it’s not doing that.

Honestly I’m not really sure what it IS doing. I did the initial setup, not sure if there’s some more setup I need to do?

i have a store and want to sell ‘phone call’s consultations. my idea is to connect sales on woocommerce with hubspot CRM and schedule calls based on a custom field on woocommerce sold product. pleased can you confirm if your plugin can help me do this?

The plugin I plan to use is https://bookingwp.com and it generates entries on Google calendar, maybe that can also be of help, but not sure.

We have a single HubSpot account and two separate websites running WooCommerce; one sells products through a conventional woocommerce instance, the other sells seats at education classes through the Event Tickets Plus plugin.

Can we pull data from both of these sites into our HubSpot account and assign (or tag) the information to either PRODUCT SALES or EDUCATION categories in some way?
