I have run into an issue with the plugin. When I first tested it, I was able to add my site’s email address to the list fine. However, since then, every email that’s been registered have been added to the database, but no confirmation email is ever sent.
When I’ve tried other emails of mine, I get the following:
Email Address [Entered Email Address] has been added to our database but an error occurred sending you a confirmation e-mail. Please contact support.
I think this is also happening for every single person who’s trying to sign up for the mailing list. Not sure what’s going on. I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin and returning to default settings, but the same happens.
Any help/advice?

]]>I started using this not long ago, actually only a few days ago and I think I’ve had some people subscribe and whatnot. On the main page for the plugin, it says there is 1 person with the status active, 7 with the status subscribed, and 8 in the mailing list. Though when I open Batch 1, it only lists 1 email, mine that I used to test the feature.
Does that mean that the others just haven’t gone to their activation/Confirmation email?

]]>Greetings to you. I’m interested in using your wordpress plugin but I have some questions to ask you about the plugin.
(1) What are the limits of the free usage of the plugin?
(2) Does it have premium or pro subscription plans?
(3) Can it have unlimited number of email lists?
(4) Can it send unlimited number of emails?
(5) Can it integrate with external smtp servers?
(6) Does it have tracking and reports features?
Kindly respond to my questions as soon as possible.
Thank you.

]]>Hi Guusifs,
I have configured and populated the settings for the plugin, but it is still using WordPress as the sender name and [email protected] name as the sender details.
I had entered Updates as the name and [email protected] as the sender details, but they are being ignored.
Could you offer any guidance as where in the code I can hard-wire this if there is no obvious solution?
Kind regards,
Jim

]]>How do you edit the subscription form? For instance, I would like remove the table, and rearrange the text-box/button.
And also is there a way to create templates, or at least set the unsubscribe button to always be in the mail body.
Great plugin btw!
