We have bought IG Pagebuilder plugin recently for wordpress website.And have also installed WP Client portal plugin.
we have a issue, it seems IG pagebuilder is in conflict with Wp client plugin. when ever we use a widget/ image/ button whether we give a link or not, our website opens to login page instead of Home page. we are not able to show the front/home page at all.
Can you please suggest what to done. we require both IG page builder and WP client for our website.

When I enter to the text settings I can find any button to full justify text (full aligment), I only find justify left, right or center.
In the screenshots of you manual I can see a full justify button but not in my text settings panel (neither accordion panel). Any way to solve it?

]]>Thanks in advance. I like the possibilities of IG Pagebuilder, but when I create a Text Element there is no icon to add an image. What I am seeing is different than what I have seen in screenshots. All of the icons in the edit window are for editing text (Headings, font size, color, etc.).

I create 3 item, I enter title, texte and choose icon.
I save items and the accordion, then I update the page.
I vizualise the page and, when I open the accordion again for change something, the 3rd item is reset (title, texte and icon disappeared and I have “item 3” instead of my title, and Lorem text instead of my text).
It make me crazy, please, help me !!!

I have a row with two 50/50 columns. The plugin automatically adds the Bootstrap grid columns classes to the elements but it is not calculating correctly.
Bootstrap uses a 12 column grid. It assumes that the x-small screen size is 12 columns unless otherwise specified which the plugin seems to be taking advantage of since there is no “col-xs-*” class.
Starting with the small class a 50% column should be 6 columns wide which would be a class of “col-sm-6” but the plugin is giving each column a class of “col-sm-9” instead. Either it is basing the class off of an 18 column grid or the math is simply off.
The plugin is also adding a medium size class to each column of “col-md-6” which is the correct calculation for a 50% column. So it is only the small size that seems to be incorrect.
At this point the small size is completely broken as each column is taking up 75% of the horizontal space resulting in a poor looking layout at that size.

Whenever is save a row color (Edit row -> Background – Solid Color -> #).
It works the first time.
But when i re-edit the page, it disappears to “FFFFFF”.
Please fix, for our agency the most valuable feature of this plug-in – besides other great features like row-classes ??

Got a quick question. I’ve created some extra CSS for the rows, i’ve tried this with classes and ID’s but nothing seems to work.
If i look in the code i see that the row did specify it’s ID or class correctly, although the style is not applied.
Am i doing something wrong here or what could the issue be.

I hope you can understand that. But basically a row in a row.
The reason for that is because I want my parent row to be a section called Home and with scrollspying I need the four 25% columns to be a part of my Home section so when you scroll to that part, my Home menu item can still be highlighted. I could possibly make a work around and add a class/id to the second row and associate it with Home in Javascript, but is there a way to achieve this structurally through the page builder?

I am trying to build a a layout of two widgets inside of a centered element that is inside of a full-width element. Something like this:

|___________________________________________________________________|The reason for this is that I want a unique background for the full-width element; but it seems that the IG PageBuilder only allows me to assign class names to two wrapper elements: one for the row, and one for the widget. For this to work, I would need a wrapper element for the whole set of widgets (centered element), though. Any ideas?

Hi, I had the Content Clips working fine and all of the sudden the settings are all weird, i can’t select the clips i want to display and the entire settings page looks weird.

]]>I installed the Pagebuilder plugin yesterday and, from the second I started using it, it won’t let me save anything. It only seems to be happening with certain elements, such as image and text box (List worked fine). I add the element in Pagebuilder and edit the options. When I click save, it closes the editing screen, takes me back to edit the page, and shows the added element, but the entire wordpress screen is greyed out and I cannot click on anything. If I scroll down, it shows ‘undo’ and redo’ arrows, but no other options. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling this plugin and it is version 2.3.4.
Any help is appreciated!

Mail Poet can be used but is not accessible from the back-end menu bar.
